Dunkin’ Donuts

Worst Dunkin Donuts EVER! Avoid this place at ALL cost! The service was rude and the food was even more Gross! The coffee was burnt and they were stingy on the sugar and cream! I ordered a dozen donuts and was specific on each one and when I brought them home they were all the wrong ones! The lady barely spoke English and shouldn’t have been working the drive thru! They were out of PLAIN bagels or any sort of bagel close to plain, so they gave me a BURNT croissant! YUCK YUCK YUCK!

These guys are super friendly and have been since the day I started coming here… one girl knows my order and pours it before I ask when I don’t have my refill cup… Two weeks ago I was in here with a refill cup and they charged me the wrong price, so I mentioned it to them. He insisted that it was a medium cup price, not a small. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to challenge him and left. I have been back since, but didn’t see him until today which is about two weeks later. He immediately told me that he was wrong and that he will make sure he charges it right the next time. We are only talking about a few cents, but it was nice that the gentleman remembered and was concerned with being accurate.
I will continue stopping here as often as I can! DD has the greatest coffee!

I have came to this location twice traveling on my way back from work, the service is very slow compared to any other locations I’ve been to. Long waits for a coffee.
Along with employees that weren’t friendly and sitting outside on their break staring your way smoking cigarettes.
I think ill just pass on coming to this location anymore…

I stopped this morning for a bagel to take home. I got it home and the bottom of the bagel was so hard I couldn’t bite through it. Horrible Dunkin Donuts… don’t go there. Also, when I drove up to the drive thru window menu, I asked what kind of bagels they had. The girl said she had, among others, an egg bagel, so I ordered onhe. Upon reaching the window to pay for it, she advised me they didn’t have any. HUH? I thought she just said she did. Bad news!

So as I was driving in to work angry as I forgot my breakfast at home… I make egg whites with basil and Gruyère cheese… so you can see why I was upset. I didn’t want to stop at just any old fast food joint and then I remembered that DD makes an egg white sandwich with turkey sausage on flat bread.
Wow, I was really impressed — very fluffy and flavorful. I took one of the slices of flat bread off as to cut calories because there is a slice of cheese on it… But, wow, I was really surprised. Fills you up as well.
And the coffee here… reminds me of the DD on Houston Street in NYC — lower east side… LOHO
So I am happy to give this review and will return if I forget my breakfast or just to get a coffee. I don’t care for donuts, so not sure how they taste here…

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this place is horrible. I don’t normally give negative reviews. I had to speak out about this one. The donuts tasted like they were old. I thought it was a fluke, so I went back the next day. Again the donuts tasted old and stale. I wondered if it was regional phenomenon, so I stopped at the Hess Truck stop in SC on my way out of town. The Dunkin Donuts there were moist and tasty.
