Starbucks

I’m at this location no more than twice a month when I’m in the area and it’s typically on a weekend in the morning. First and foremost it’s congested in the parking lot which is shared by multiple stores in the promenade. This location has a drive thru that I have not used because I’ve learned that Starbucks drive thru does not push items out like a McDonald’s or Burger King. Your wait time will more than likely be the same as if you went inside. My go to drink is a green tea lemonade all year long. The baristas can really make it very well. I’ve had to wait a while for a warmed pastry or breakfast sandwich but my drink was so good I didn’t too much mind. The downside is that the staff seem so busy that the sitting area and condiment area is neglected. The areas are messy because people don’t clean behind themselves and it can be messy for a while until a customer makes staff aware.

I had horrible service here a few days ago in the drive thru. I pull up to place my order, I’m speaking out my order, and then the damn barista asks me what I’m having! Shut the hell up and let me finish my damn sentence! I forgot that I wanted my drink to be a frappuccino because of her rude interruption and wound up with a hot drink. I get to the window and see it in plain sight and ask if she could redo the drink because I didn’t want it hot. This chick said «i’ve already made your drink!!» I maintained my cool and didn’t throw the drink on her. I probably won’t be going back to this location anymore and it’s sad because it’s nearby.

Alex is the best barista. I usually only want him to make my drinks. I have 3 Starbucks within 10 minutes of me and I still chose this one 15 minutes away everytime.

Fruit fly invasion!!!
Don’t hang out by the side bars, there’s always swarms of fruit flies!!!
Get that taken care of!!!
Besides that, good service and food.

Fantasia is awesome best customer service starbucks has. Love this place n the service makes us come back everyday. Thank you fir great service n great drinks. I always come here n get good service. Drive thru peoplw are really awesome.
