Not accommodating — I get Carvel Carvelanches, TCBY Shivers, DQ Blizzards and the like(soft serve with mix-ins.) for their version, the Mega Mix, Marshalls REFUSES to mix in hot fudge, peanut butter or marshmallow sauce, yet any of these other establishments do. Explanation — «It’s against our policy. It would FLY everywhere.» Fly everywhere? Really? Centrifugal force would keep all the other toppings in? Sorry. That’s just weird.

Great in and out ice cream place. I love the pistachio soft serve. And some times they have banana and black cherry. Those are also good flavors.

The ice cream was good nothing special. But i ordered a small soft serve in a cup and the first time they poured it they weighed it and i guess it weighed more than a small and they threw it out and made a new one. They made a new one and filled it less. Then kept weighing it and filling it till it was the right weight of a small. Which 1. took a long time and 2. makes absolutely no sense because your just wasting more money… Weird and wasteful.

There was a line out the door and after enjoying my brownie sundae I can see why. The brownie was fresh, warm and delicious. The ice cream was rich and creamy. The party I was with all ordered an assortment of other options and they were all raving about them. This place is another location I have to add to my «must visit» places whenever I visit New York.

Best ice cream ever! I love ice cream, but only soft served. If you’re like me then this place is for you. It’s super tiny so plan to eat in your car or by the sidewalk or something. They just have your classic favors and toppings along with banana splits and what not. I always get a vanilla come with rainbow sprinkles. Ugh I need to have 20 of these before the summer is up. There’s just something about how skinny the sprinkles are that make it taste so yummy. The soft served is creamy and sweet, leaves a great aftertaste. The workers are always super nice and know how to maintain a line. Will be back again!

I had the peanut butter fluff(I think thats what you call it) It was awesome-chocolate, crunchy, peanut butter goodness. It was amazing! The line was out the door on a Friday summer night. The girl behind the counter was very patient when I told her it was my first time and she gave me the run down. They have a small selection of regular ice cream and soft serve. My daughter had the strawberry and she loved it especially the chunks of strawberry. Definitely will return.

Overall good experience. Went there on a nice Sunday afternoon. Line was only about total of 8 people or so, and the guy in front of me said«don’t worry, line moves fast…» err… maybe not?! Took about 15 minutes or so to get up there even though there were about 4 – 5 visible people working behind the counter. Oddly my order… two small cups… was taken and filled in about a minute flat so maybe the people in front of me ordered more complex things?! The ice cream itself was good and a bit more expensive than say… basking robins or carvel. I paid $ 7 for two small cups which had about 3 scoops of ice cream each. On a positive note they did have some flavors that I did not usually find in ice creameries. such as CHOCOLATE cookie dough(always comes in vanilla) and some peanut butter variations. I would definitely go back if I am in the area, I would probably try a sundae or something a bit more complex. The servers, though very busy, were very nice.

The Ice Cream portions are generous! Shakes are alright. Overall, a great dessert after some All American. Interesting flavors too!

I’ve never been disappointed no matter what I order. It’s not a chain, so they make all the ice cream flavors themselves, and they’re all delicious! The ice cream cakes are also a huge win. We get one for almost every party we have! They always switch up the flavors in the soft serve machine which is nice for a change, and even in the summer when the place is really crowded, they get the line moving well and are very friendly and organized. It’s also great to get for dessert after you’ve gotten your all american burger right next door! :)

Love this place! My kids and I love going here, the staff is always friendly, the owner is very nice and enjoys talking to his customers. The prices are very reasonable, we have ordered ice cream cakes from here as well, perfect. I have zero complaints :) Just only positive words to say!

This is a great little family owned ice cream stand that makes all their ice cream in-house. It’s located on the same parking lot as the All American Burger stand and I usually waddle my way over here after I had a delicious burger or two. Their banana ice cream with chocolate chips is pretty yummy which is what I pick if I don’t go for my usual vanilla soft serve ice cream on a cone with rainbow sprinkles.(Yes you heard right, I like my rainbow sprinkles!). Either way, you won’t be disappointed if you go and grab a cone of your favorite flavor here!

Great ice cream. I come here about 1 or 2 times per week. Always a good stop to make after coming home from the beach

Am I being too irrational if I say that this may be THE best ice cream parlor ever? Maybe so, maybe so. But it’s definitely MY favorite. Their ice cream is sooooo good. I’m close to drooling as I write this review ’cause I want one. I love getting their vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, vanilla with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate with chocolate sprinkles, or even just plain old vanilla/chocolate ice cream. It’s all so delightful. It’s great that it’s situated next to All American because it makes for the perfect treat after you get yourself a burger. The only thing I’m upset about is that it is closed during the Winter time — which is understandable but I want this ice cream all year round :(

Love this place! We live down the street and now that it’s summer frequent at least 3 times a week. The soft serve is like no other, it blows carvel out of the water. Plus you can’t beat the cheap prices. I love how they rotate non traditional soft serve ice cream flavors, such as pistachio(my fiancés favorite), coffee, banana, strawberry, mint, and black raspberry. I’ve also had their ice cream cakes and they are very good. If you go, I personally recommend coffee soft serve or mint/chocolate combo with crunchies.

Amazing ice cream on the island. Feels like the old school shoppes and it’s good. Def stop in there after you grab a burger next door. This place is popping in the summer time. I live in Brooklyn but always make sure to stop here every time I go to visit friends. Will put a always.

I just wish Marshall’s was in my neighborhood. This place packs a ton of nostalgia and awesome f*cking ice cream. Sorry about the foul language, but there’s no good way to describe how f*cking good the f*cking ice cream is. Let me try anyway… It’s as if the lord all mighty bestowed upon Marshall’s a magical cow that delivers magical milk to make their magical frozen dreams. From there the Garden of Eden surely birthed a cornucopia of delicious flavors to enhance the frosty utopia… Bottom line it’s great. Shut up and go. Amen.

Yummy! The pistachio soft serve is the best around. A small waffle cone is huge for the price you pay, always get pistachio soft serve in a waffle cone with vanilla crunchies!(they are great and you can not get them everywhere) The ice cream cake is amazing… they use all ice cream, even the«frosting» part is pure ice cream. The negative is you have to order a day in advance and they are very very strict with this rule. Also, sometimes the servers are not the best

As most people have said, it’s right next to All-American so it’s a great spot to stop by right after you’ve had your burger and fries. It’s a small place and always has people in it whether it’s 90 degrees out or even 40. They don’t have a huge selection of ice cream but decent enough. I really like their vanilla soft serve with rainbow sprinkles and whipped cream(yes I am a kid at heart). Simple and yummy. It’s not my all-time favorite place to get ice cream but it’s a popular spot with that drive-in feel.

Ice Cream = Good Marshall’s Ice Cream Bar = OK I like ice cream like anyone else, but Marshall’s is just OK. I had a Chocolate Brownie Sundae which was tasty, but decent. Ice cream was your standard Carvel soft style over a warm brownie with chocolate sauce and whip cream. I guess I have been having some higher end brands and flavors these days. Industrial style brands like Marshall’s just are so middle of the road. Can whip cream is only good in the bedroom. I need that fresh stuff. It makes a huge difference. If your in the area, Marshall’s is a decent choice. It won’t wow you, but it will satisfy your sweet tooth for a moment. Small one any way.
