La Bella Mariella Pizzeria

The only Italian place I order from! Fast delivery, polite employees, and great food. Food is always hot and fresh when it arrives, as well as packaged nicely. I especially enjoy their pasta with garlic and olive oil. Their garlic bread is delicious, too! Definitely my go-​to for Italian delivery.

Good was delicious. Had the fettuccine Alfredo and a chicken roll. Ordered online and food was delivered quickly and food was still piping hot. Only complaint is when ordered online I requested a chicken broccoli and cheese roll and when it came there was no broccoli in it. Will definitely order from here again.

Really enjoyed their cheese pies. I ordered takeout delivery while visiting on vacation and staying at a hotel in Maspeth, NY.

The other night we ordered a pie n two chicken rolls to go… the pie was fresh and the chicken rolls was so tasty… my family and I was very satisfied with the food and the customer service… definitely we will go there again…

When ordering from here you only need to know two words and two words ONLY… ricotta puffs!!! For eight and change you get eight of the most amazing treats I’ve ever indulged in. Think of less greasy and sugary zeppoles split down the middle and filled with chocolate chip speckled creamy ricotta filling. I seriously order delivery from here just for these things. By the way though, their pizza is pretty freaking tasty too. I’m usually not a fan of crispy crust and Sicilian pizza but their crust and Sicilian slices are so yum. Delivery is usually timely. No complaints here!

Food is good but, Way to many mistakes and the owner does not care. I was placing about $ 70 worth of orders a week. Some of the food was very good, some so so, Calamari was like rubber. I ordered an eggplant plate, One day the portion was good the next day it was a quarter of the size. It looked like I ordered pasta with a side of eggplant rather than eggplant with a side of pasta. I call up and got an attitude. Went with the item to the shop got an attitude and so I got my money back. You do not treat good customers like this. If they do, you lose them. If I got this service can you imagine what will happen if you have a problem and you’re not a regular.

This place charges more than they post. I just bought a Veal Parmesan hero. They charged me $ 8.69 instead of the $ 7.50 listed. That’s more than 15% above the list price.

Really really love this place! I’ve had their tortellini w/​marinara, the calamari, the antipasto salad, cannolis, stuffed shells, garlic bread, and ricotta puffs. I’ve only ordered through seamless and they are always here within a half an hour, their delivery team is always super friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend !!

Most pizzerias in Queens are wonderful but this restaurant takes the cake! Everything I’ve tried so far has been exceptionally delicious. The prices are acceptable for the quality food they put out. The portion sizes are perfect! They also deliver quite far!

Although I have only ordered the Grandma Pie from them many times throughout the year, I find Mariella to be super-​friendly and the pie is delicious! Seriously need to try some of their other dishes! BTW — I go out of my way to pick up a pie from them…

Always receive deliveries with consistently good food. We order a variety of items like grandma pie, appetizers, and entrees.
Delivery time is always an hour but I cannot say its a complaint when the product is worth waiting for!

I know them since they opened, The owner is a friend now, if I don’t stop in awhile Victor always asks me: «How have I been?».
They are friendly honest and good cooks with all fresh ingredients.
Just simple home made type food on the menu and Pizza.
Super clean, AAA++++ You know they love what they do and to serve, It makes all the food that much more good for us!

Love this place! Great neighborhood spot with great food and friendly staff. Order for delivery here at least once a week.

Mama Mia, this is the best $ 2.5 slice of Sicilian I’ve ever eaten!

This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. I have ordered to go from these guys about 6 times in a year time span. Every time I order, there is some fatal flaw with the meal. Tonight was no exception. Tried to keep it super basic and ordered a tomato and mozzarella pie, ceasar salad, and cannolis.
The pie was terrible. They basically took slices of cold mozzarella and unripened tomatoes and layered them on top of a premade, ice cold pizza dough. Nothing was melted. It was a half assed caprese salad, on top of uncooked dough.
***I just wrote this review a few minutes ago, but decided to look through the pictures that were posted. Picture #14 is exactly the pie that I got… which is unfortunate because it was obviously the «display» pizza. If they didnt want to make me a new pie or were closing for the night, they could have just said so, rather than beat me in the head and send me a mediocre, fake meal***
The ceasar salad was just barely acceptable, consisting of romaine and creamy ceasar dressing on the side. The cannolis were the only good part of the dinner.
Anyway, for 40 bucks, I would have much rather rode my bike to Robertas and gotten a decent meal. I will be taking La Bella Mariella out of my delivery cypher.

I gotta say I’ve been lucky to have no bad experiences. The prices are a bit high but considering to me they are the best place to order from in the area (if you’re not able to take a walk to go eat). When we order 95% the order is right, and the delivery is pretty quick. Over all, gotta say i’d stick with them when it comes to ordering in.

Simply the best!!! I especially love their grandma slices! They make something called ricotta puffs which are to die for!!! Nice staff!

This is a GREAT neighborhood pizzeria… their plain slice is fantastic (which is how any pizzeria should be judged IMO), generous with sauce/​cheese and they always take the time to heat up the slice to a correct/​delicious temperature. Their garlic knots are great. The broccoli pinwheel is both rare and fantastic; pick one up if you are lucky enough to be there before they sell out. I can’t comment on things like salads or sandwiches, but if they make it anything like their pizza, knots, etc, then I am sure it’s more than tasty.
They have always been nice to me both on the phone and in person. Maybe because I try not to be a cranky, difficult customer like some of the other people posting here.
A large pie is actually $ 14 (not $ 18) which is completely normal and not «overpriced». Requesting to modfiy a pizzeria’s italian chicken salad with calamari is just asking for problems, no matter where you are. Sounds like we have some real crotchety old racists posting here for some reason…(See Jack B.‘s «7 Train Subway System» review for some good laughs).
Anyhow — I have ordered large pies on about 5 occasions now. Delivered piping hot and fresh to Maspeth within about 30 – 35 min after calling every single time. Very consistent. I love this place and will continue to go here.

There should really be more & better reviews of this place. It’s the best pizza in the area! Yes, the prices can be a little steep, but the quality is definitely worth the few extra dollars. If you want cheap, go eat at Pizza Hut.
The plain slices are solid, all added toppings also great (although the sausage is your standard sliced fare, not the fresh ground stuff it should be). My absolute favorite pie is the Eggplant. And get this, they do it THREE DIFFERENT WAYS! Grilled with garlic, standard fried al a eggplant parmesean style & the highlight of the three: Diced w/​fresh ricotta. Yes, its as good as it sounds.
I used to order lunch for an office in the area & the staff were obsessed with their paninis, heros, entrees & soups. On one particular occasion I had to find last minute catering for a decent sized meeting & La Bella Mariella was able to pull it together & WELL. The clients even raved about the food.
The only non-​pizza dish I’ve personally had here was the Chicken Scallopini & it was delicious. I suggest ordering it with a side salad rather than w/​pasta for the extra sauce to sop up with the bread.
I’ve eaten at the restaurant, ordered daily take out for an office, ordered take out personally they’ve never given me attitude. So, I’m not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. They DO take a while sometimes, but it’s always worth the wait.
Also: they have a credit card machine you can request when you order delivery.
And their location in Williamsburg is just as solid.

Average pizzeria offering pies, garlic knots and mozzarella sticks. They also offer catering.
Clean and fast.
