We went here to get help with a phone and were«assisted» by rude and unprofessional employees. I wish I could post the employees’ names, but since no one was in a Verizon shirt or wearing a name tag, maybe I interrupted a robbery instead. We were told that Walmart could probably help us better. I wish I could give this place negative stars, but apparently I have to give it 1 star.

Excellent customer service! If you leave this store unhappy, it’s because you hastily expected your problems to be solved in a jiffy — be patient and you’ll be rewarded. My mother and I received assistance from Paul Huston, a sales consultant, on numerous occasions. He was kind, concerned, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, he helped to lower my mother’s monthly bill, equip her with a smart phone suitable for her needs, alleviate the mail in rebate paperwork, and transfer her list of contacts. Moreover, I am pleased to say I witnessed Paul be this attentive and thorough with other customers as well.

The two employees that were working weren’t very helpful. They both sat at the desk with scowls on their faces and seemed annoyed that they had a customer walk into their store. My fiancé and I were there to add him to my account and close his account through work. We had the information we needed to close his account and transfer to mine. Instead of walking us through it in the store, he basically sent us home to figure it out for ourselves. He didn’t even offer to show us what our deals would be if we added him to my account. He seemed quick to get us out of the store. I get that it isn’t fun working on a Saturday but it would have been nice to walk into a friendly, welcoming store where I didn’t feel like we were being a burden.
