I have had multiple issues at this store. One time I felt the employee did a bait and switch on me. My bill was much higher than he promised. I ended up returning all of it. Another time I was told it was a 45 min wait. I gave my name and came back 15 minutes later. They told me I lost my spot on line. While I disagree it’s just their attitude. AVOIDTHISLOCATION.

I dread coming to this verizon store because the employees are typically no help. There has been one woman in all my times of going there that was 100% helpful and wonderful to talk to. My experience in this store today was especially bad with one of the workers. He knew nothing, and wasn’t very clear on his false information.

This place was great! We had just left a store close by because of their rude, lazy employees that basically sent us home to figure out by ourselves how to change my fiancé’s business phone through work into an individual plan on my account. We went to this location and they changed everything for us. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us address our needs. We will definitely be returning to this location to take care of our phone needs.

I’m absolutely a fan! This place is filled with professional and polite employees who all treated us with complete respect. They worked hard to resolve our issue and to help clarify the questions we had and I was very appreciative. I will always return here when I have questions or would like to upgrade my phone.

This store didn’t do a thing to retain our business. We had a shared plan that went out of contract recently and we wanted to have our service adjusted and our rates dropped in accordance with our actual usage patterns. The service rep we spoke with had an extraordinarily indifferent attitude. He didn’t run through scenarios, reference any kind of loyalty discount plans, etc. The store manager pretty much followed suit. I got the issue resolved and a new plan that saves us money set up by calling Verizon’s customer care line. I believe this brick and mortar store simply wants to be a candy store selling expensive schlock for affluent local customers. Next time we shop for new service, we’re definitely not returning here.

Constantly have had issues with this store. The staff does not really seem to be able to handle anything other than basic problems or questions on purchasing a phone. My most recent experience involved no one understanding my problem and, rather than trying to find out in-store for me, they simply referred me to their international help line with an «I don’t know.» Not exactly professional. Save a trip to the store and call Verizon customer service(which isn’t always much better) if you just have a phone question.
