Qdoba is a great competitor to the Chipotle style build your own burritos/bowls. They differentiate themselves by having a larger selection of toppings, cheeses, dips and entrees. I love the one price means all the toppings are free including guacamole even if I pay a little more. I love I can get queso on my burritos, which the steak burrito is my favorite! I’ve tried the smothered burrito with shredded beef. I thought that was just okay. Other great features of Qdoba– chips and queso, large kids menu, rewards program, coke freestyle and outdoor seating. For $ 20 you and eat for two! If you are frequent guest, you can get free food from using the rewards program. Great food, great taste, good selection, coke freestyle, and kid friendly menu makes this a great place to have lunch or dinner!

After watching 2 different employees scratch their scalps and return to food prep without washing their hands, I’m not planning to return. The chicken was burnt, and an employee retold stories of fights and car accidents so loudly that the entire restaurant could hear it. I’ll stick with Chipotle. Just edited my review to add that one of the employees was just eating on the line, and is now touching food without having washed his hands.

Always like the food here. more options compared to chipotle. But service depends on the time and the guys behind the stall.

The food is good but the one older Hispanic lady who works behind the counter is awful. She’s quiet and difficult to understand and when you ask her to repeat herself she clearly shows how annoyed she is. She rolled her eyes when I asked for the dressing in a to go container since I was taking my salad to go.

I don’t live in Cincinnati anymore, but when I visit, Qdoba is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Far superior to Chipotle, with more vegetarian options. Love the tortilla soup or, with grilled vegetables, gumbo. Flavor is nicely spicy. Guacamole and salsas are yummy. Lettuce is always fresh. I find that most items I’ve tried so far to generally be more flavorful than Chipotle’s. Unless things have drastically changed, service has always been great here. Staff has been very good about making vegetarian recommendations. So far, never been disappointed. Been awhile since I’ve been back to this area, but when I do, Qdoba is definitely one place I’ll return to.

We love coming here on Fridays since kids eat free after 4pm. A lot of people compare it to Chipotle. Even though they’re similar, they taste completely different and have different options. So I don’t even compare the two. I love the chips and queso here. My 4 year old likes the cheese quesadilla. The staff at this Mason location are always very friendly. Love the outdoor patio here when it’s a beautiful day. Highly recommend!

Great Qdoba! It isn’t super busy at lunch time either, so that is a perk! The queso is awesome. Just make sure you don’t add to many extras because they upcharge a lot!

I love Qdoba. I like it way better than I’ve ever liked Chipotle. They have ground beef. Their meat isn’t as spicy. Everything about it is better. The only issue I have with this joint is that every time I go here the price is different… and I’ve gotten the same thing every single time I’ve been there.

The service was horrible. The people working the front barely spoke English and then acted annoyed when you had to repeat your order multiple times. Save yourself the hassle and go to Hot Head or Chipotle.
