Food was average but what really pissed me off was our waitress. She didnt get us one refill and when it came to the bill my comrad gave her a 20 dollar bill and his meal was 13 $. She gave him 1 dollar in change. She gave us a shitty atittude and was extremely rude to all of us. She was fucking rock headed and even got management involved because she thought she was right. i hope she has 2 beautiful children and they both get cancer.

Service is horrible. food is bad, and the place is dirty. Besides that it is great.

This place is horrible. We have not been allowed in the past three times for being there after 10, even though we were told we were allowed in. The food is poor and overall this location is worse than any other location

Chris serves is very well ! Love the pretzels and truth IPA. Wings are as good as, if no better than steak lube’s wing.

Horrible service every time. Very slow. Always forget someone’s order or mess something up. Extremely loud. Over priced for their tiny wings. I recommend going down the street to Luck Dog Grille instead.

Service used to be too slow and lousy. They have improved in the last year. The place is badly setup as the noise is overwhelming at times and this is not just because of the patrons passion while watching their fave team, it is because owners do not care to sound condition the walls and ceiling. Net is you cannot follow any normal conversation inside that place. Crew sometimes don’t know all the items in the menu… manager is nowhere to be seen either. Maybe the restaurant is all about that lousy, slow service in a noisy ambience.

Eh, this location isn’t terrible and food quality is standard. The hurtful aspect is the customer service or lack there of by the staff. Managers are great but there doesn’t seem to be much training for the teenagers they hire for the front.

Could the service get any slower, doesn’t matter if its dine in or carryout.

This is your typical chain type place with a wing and sports façade.
Think Fridays with more bar food and tvs.
The wings are tiny and the sauces varied but too similar in taste. The menu selection is your typical bar food but more of it is chain type pre-​packaged.
The buffalitos are decent and the nachos are not too bad. But this is supposed to be a wing place and that is probably the worst thing on the menu when you compare to all the other places around it.
Lets face it you go here for the pay per views and the decent beer specials.
If you want wings, then go down the street.

Has gone downhill.
My experiences have been progressively worse over time. Because of its proximity, I used to go to bws a lot, but it hasn’t been the same. The turnover rate seems higher than normal– staff is new constantly.
They used to have amazing drink specials ran throughout the week but stopped a year or so ago… Disappointing.
Food running seems to be more confusing than it should be here. Whether ordering at the front or at the table the food always seems to be run by someone who is not my server, therefore complicating special requests made or extra items added on.
Servers tend to stay at their stations and talk rather than pay attention to guests. A few visits ago my friend and I went at an odd time so it was not busy, thinking food would be out faster and servers more attentive. Nope. Because it was so slow the employees were socializing– I even had to get our refills once!!!
Managers never ask how things are going but are sometimes present anyhow, usually behind the bar. Bathrooms are random– sometimes completely disgusting and other times spotless.
What keeps me coming back? Take out!!! The cashiers are great– accurate, attentive and very friendly! I ALWAYS tip them to show appreciation. The food is great, so now let’s work on serving!

Stopped in tonight after work to enjoy some wings, obviously. After sitting there for a while, we were greeted. The server seemed very cold and unfriendly. They were not very busy at all, but our server never refilled drinks or checked on us or even ran our food. We were finished eating for quite some and had to go find someone to give us a togo box. The server seemed far more focused and concerned about her conversation with other severs near the entrance to the kitchen than she did with our needs. Scale of one to ten, our servers performance was a solid 2. She was rude and cold and not helpful at all. Did not even meet basic serving standards. So disappointed. I am a server and tend to leave ridiculous tips because I understand what it is like to work hard and depend on the public for money. But tonight she did not deserve even 10%, of course I felt obligated to leave more even though she did not deserve it at all.

Love the food, love the wings. but… I wanted a mushroom Swiss burger. They used to have it on the menu. The waitress offered to see if they would make me one anyway. Ok, great. She said they had garlic mushrooms and they just have to put them on the burger. Then she came back and informed me that they would have to charge me SEVEN DOLLARS for the freekin mushrooms since it wasn’t one of the normal «build your own» ingredients.
So, bye bye bdubs.

Beer, sports and wings. Life is good.

I’m not sure how long ago this place jumped the shark, but it used to be a decent place to grab some wings and a beer. Over time the prices have gone up and up and consistency has gone down the drain.
I went there for lunch and a sandwich and a drink + tip set me back $ 15. I felt like I got fleeced. With all the sports bar/​wing place options in the area, they’ve solidified their place on the bottom of my list.

Dont get me wrong I hate chains. The thing with Bdubs though is they accomplish EXACTLY what they want to accomplish. They want to be a sports with a loud atmosphere and sell quality wings and beer. They do that! How can you not give someone 5 stars for achieving EXACTLY what they want too? If you judge a place like hooters or bdubs as real restaurants and take stars away because the burger was overdone then quite frankly you’re an idiot.

I have been to this BW3 at least 25 times. I can’t think of a time that it took a long time to get my food or drinks. The food is always hot and the beer is usually pretty cold. Love the chicken tenders and buffalo chips with cheese and cajun!
Usually the UFC fights are on for free (I don’t know why the one this Saturday isn’t going to be on).
Friday and Saturday nights are usually packed with kids, running around like crazy. Parents seem to think that letting them run wild is OK here. Slightly annoying. I blame the parents more that BW3’s. Note to parents: Video games are not babysitters

Overall, I have never had a bad experience here. Minor annoyances, yes. Bad experience, no.

Let’s be fair — you don’t go to BDubs because they have great food, you go to BDubs because it’s huge, they have every sporting event on earth on TV at once, and the draft beers are cheap. Don’t feel like paying for UFC? It’s on here. Want to watch a West Coast college football game? It’s on here. I’ve tried numerous items on the menu, and basically I’ve come to to conclusion there’s no point in getting anything but wings. Don’t get a burger, once was enough for me to realize they must only offer burgers to get people to eat their wings, and wings are what they’re known for anyway. They’re not the best around, but the Asian Zing and Spicy Garlic are quite good (they are small though, especially compared to the dinosaur wings Rick’s Tavern serves). And at least they’re not breaded (note to all the Cinci restaurants serving breaded «authentic buffalo wings» — breaded wings are sacrilege in Buffalo). There’s not a lot of other choices (which unfortunately often means it’s unbelievably packed), so until someone opens up a better sports bar, BDubs it is.

Used to be a regular here until last January or so.
Myself and a very large group of friends were getting together one evening because another event was canceled. We had called ahead a dew days before and a few hours before to let them know that we had a large group with us and they were fine with it.
That night they were fairly busy and some of us had arrived late, we went to sit with our group already established and they had told us who were later that we «had to go back and get in line in order to be waited on.» I had told the waitress that we had called ahead and she told us that «it didn’t matter.» Normally, I’m a patient person but her snotty attitude and demeanor really made us all mad, so we left.
I will not be going back there anytime soon and am disappointed in their behavior.
