Days Inn Mason City

This place is awful. You get what you pay for. If you don’t mind terrible customer service, nauseating décor, and dirty blankets go for it.

I was so readily impressed and happy with this place. It looks brand new and is super clean.
It’s run by Indians and they are so nice and warm.
There is also free Wifi, breakfast, and plentiful parking. Win– win!
I really don’t see myself visiting Iowa too often, but if I were in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful, efficient, and courteous. The cleaning service was excellent! The price was very reasonable and my family felt safe and comfortable. The room was clean and not smoky. The location was helpful too. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while in town for a friend’s wedding and had absolutely no issue whatsoever with anything.
The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the few things we did need were brought to us immediately.
Yes, it does smell faintly of smoke in the hallway, but considering Iowa still allows smoking in their hotels, this is expected. Once inside the room there was no smell and the odor did not linger on my clothing at all.
You get what you pay for. We stayed two nights and spent just over $ 100. I was beyond pleased with the quality of our stay for the price we paid. It is a good value. If you’re looking for some place lavish and luxurious, you’re going to be shelling out way more than that.
