I live and work directly across from the Sally’s in Arlington, WA(which is about 10 minutes away from this location) but I will ALWAYS go to this one. The staff in Arlington/Twin Lakes is HORRIBLE. They are snooty and most of them are right out of high school, or think they know more because they JUSTSTARTED going to beauty school. The Marysville location(Juliet in particular!) Is so much better at both approaching customers as well as offering advice WHENASKED. They aren’t pushy and they know their stuff! I know a lot of the customers who shop at Sally’s are… difficult, mostly because either they think they know everything or they messed up and are upset. But even working in a high-risk job like that, Juliet truly offered me her best advice and honest opinions, and guess what? SHEWASSPOTON. BRAVO Marysville Sally’s! I’ve been to this Sally’s a few times and have yet to have a pleasant experience with this store. Today I was doing and exchange and Ashley was helping me. Well if you could call the attitude she had helping. they have old computers that can’t process anything even remotely harder then addiction and subtraction but you would think the people operating them would be smarter. She was pushy and mouthy when I was trying to do an exchange and couldn’t get $ 2 cash back for the price difference. As I was trying to look around the store because I didn’t think there was a price difference she was very rude telling me to hurry because she has more customers. There are two workers in the store but the other chick was hiding in the back.
