Well I’m sorry to say that when the sign says you close at 9pm and you have one person other than me in the shop and you ask me if I can come back tomorrow and it’s 810pm. Very terrible customer service. You should take clients in until 9pm as that’s when you close. I will never return to this location that I’ve been coming to for years now. Thanks but no thanks. Sorry for your lose of revenue.

I don’t usually Unilocal but this place I tell you what very unprofessional non friendly but I still go there because I figure I could just go without an appointment but the last two times it’s not the case .Last night I go in there was a girl sitting there talking to a lady while she got her haircut came up the counter to tell me how I’m off so I can’t cut your hair but you can stick around It will probably be 20 minutes to an hour so then I came back today Halloween mind you one lady and its 11 a.m. she tells me she can’t give me until 1 pm one person on a Saturday so It’s Saturday one person working on Halloween you assume people are going to want to go in and get their hair cut for all the parties and whatnot very poor management and bad customer service and mediocre haircuts.

Worst hair cut of my life! And it was still $ 35!!! They should hand out paper bags as you leave! Doesnt even deserve 1 star! More like –5! I was very clear about what i wanted, i even had a photograph. My hair is so botched and short ill have to wait 2 months to get it fixed! La trisha is an unskilled stylist ! When i asked for a mirror to see the back she handed me a shattered hand mirror! And after i told her i was unhappy she still tried to sell me hair products :(

I went in on a whim because my long, growing out hair desperately needed a trim — but from the minute I stepped through the door I had reservations and I should have followed my intuition.
First, this place is bare bones — no décor, just stark white. It looks aesthetically as if they’re going out of business. Second, there was only one woman (that I could see) cutting hair, answering phones, and checking people out. It seemed like everything she was doing was cut short to jump to the next task, and obviously I don’t blame her for that, it’s clearly a management issue.
I got a shampoo and a trim, but it was extremely bare bones. She spent all of 5 minutes on my hair and the cut looks really rough and blunt. I left with my hair dripping on my jacket as she didn’t even offer to blow-​dry or style — I know that both are extra, but I would have gladly paid, had it even been mentioned. She also never asked for clarification on how much I wanted trimmed off before she started cutting.
Also, dirty. There was hair and color hand-​prints all over the stations, dust, hair and gunk on the product bottles… everything seemed as low budget and shitty as possible. I know it’s a discount chain, but I seriously felt like I was in someone’s basement.
This place is a dump, and frankly I felt bad for the employees. Another stylist came in during my cut and they both looked just exhausted, as well as being super, super casually dressed and not put together at all. Again, I don’t blame them, as this place seems like a pit and they’re probably just trying to get through the day and make as much as they can. Hopefully management will consider putting some energy and love into this place and turning things around.

Becky has cut my hair twice now and I LOVE it! For the price it is a steal. I have short hair and it is more technical than having long hair cut. You will not go wrong with her. Ladies if you have been wanting a great cut but can’t afford that Bellevue price… this is the place to go!
