Awesome facility and even better instructors. If you are in the area and want to learn or just workout I would highly recommend this place. I took my 8 year old son and we both had a blast.

This is the best place to start your bjj journey. Its necessary to learn how to handle yourself in the ground. Great curriculum and sean is good at clarifying what techniques is applicable to each situation. If its possible for me to go all classes. I would. I recommend their kids class making the curriculum fun always couldnt wait to go to their classes. I suggest for every body to try a class!

I felt Groundworks had the most practical self defense and curriculum where other schools don’t even have a curriculum.
Sean is a patient instructor and very technical. He kept the class fun and motivated yet does a great job of teaching realistic self defense techniques.
Jiu-​Jitsu was my first choice for self defense by controlling an attacker vs striking.
The class was a great workout, a real full body workout and amazing cardio.
There is a very fun and helpful vibe in the class and everyone is eager to help. It’s quickly apparent how effective this style of martial art is when you train with this class. I really liked that there are no long term contracts & morning classes…

Had the pleasure of meeting Sean yesterday at Infinite Jiu Jitsu, he came in to roll and I encouraged my son Alex to take advantage of rolling with a seasoned brown belt for the experience. Sean worked with Alex and matched his techniques evenly with Alex, never trying to smash him, instead keeping on pace and pushing Alex. This is a sign of a consummate professional who imparts his knowledge in a training evolution and not just smashes his opponent. I respected that philosophy of Seans and suspect GroundWorks imparts the same philosophy. One day I will have to bring Alex up to roll with you guys.

They have a great deal of patience and you can tell that they have a great passion and really want students to succeed. The class has a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment.
