Haven’t received finished product yet, so I can’t speak to the quality of their service. I would however say that although they are quite friendly and helpful, the bottom line is getting the finished product in the time promised. I ordered family portraits that I had on cd to be printed and framed. When I explained that these were a valentines day surprise, I was promised they would be done by noon the day before. I also added that my family and I were driving down to California at noon that day, and I then told them I would need the finished product ready for pickup Thursday morning at the latest. The framing and backing material had to be ordered from the supplier but I was assured they could be finished and ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon. Sounds great. When I called Wednesday, I was told that they wouldn’t be ready till Thursday noon at the earliest. Cutting it close but no issues yet. Then I received later a call later on wednesday and was told they didn’t even have the materials in stock to complete the product, and that the materials wouldn’t be in until 2pm Thursday… wow:(. She offered to use a cheaper material substitute so I would have something presentable for V-day and that she would call as soon as it was ready. Great, but not at all what I would say is ideal. I paid close to a grand for two items, I want them perfect u know. Now I’d have to take them back after the trip and get them fixed. So here it is, an hour till I have to hit the road, and no calls. Considering I already paid in full, I don’t think their handling of my order is anything short of disappointing. My thoughts? Don’t promise a timeline you can’t deliver, don’t wait till the customer calls to inform them you can’t meet your own promised timelines, and certainly don’t give time estimates on completion if you haven’t even checked to see if the materials have come in yet. All I can hope is the hassle is worth it in the end, but regardless thanks for not making our valentines day.
