Food was good, restaurant clean, well located. There’s no other way to say it other than the staff was plain rude. No hellos or thank you’s. No replying even just taking the money & walking away. Other than the rude staff, (a little retraining on staff member, Amber for costumer service, would be great.) it’s a good place to stop in for a bite.

I don’t do fast food but once a year or so I get a hankering for a big ass triple. Unfortunately thus has got to be the worst fucking Wendy’s in the world. This place is clearly mismanaged. The food is not up to standards, the service is horrid, and it us generally a hot mess. It just has that vibe of a place that no one gives a shit. It would be better if they just burnt it to the ground and collected the insurance money.

We waited at the counter while three employees looked at and ignored us (one of which was the manager).
When they realized that we were not leaving, one finally came to the counter.
I realized that we did not want to eat there after all.
