My Dad and I were regulars at this place for quite awhile. Very tasty breakfast food and cheap too. One of the things I noticed though was that every single time I ate there, when I got home I always ended up sitting on the toilet and exploding, LOL. Diarrhea! I even mentioned to one of the cooks one time how eating there was like taking a laxative. He told me that the buttery oil they use on the hashbrowns, when they cook, has warnings on the bottle that it can have a laxative effect. My Dad and I now call the place«Laxative House» because that is the effect their food has after you eat it. Aside from this, my only complaint is that the place is open 24/7, and I wonder how often do they clean the wooden cutting board counter in front of the grill that they cut sandwiches on. Because of one too many instances where I developed stomach aches after eating there, we no longer eat there anymore. My advice: If you’re constipated and really need to «go», eat at this joint and I can almost guarantee it’ll clean you out. Tastes great, but just make sure you have a nearby toilet afterwards.

I have been going here for quite awhile. The thing I have I have noticed is the cooks do not change their gloves. They will grab raw meat out of the refigerator, cook and prepare the meal with the same gloves. I think it became evident when the cook was ready to prepare my breakfast wrap and right before he did it, he pulled out a country ham steak, threw it on the grill and wrapped it right after.

This might just be the best Waffle House that we have ever eaten at. The servers are very friendly and quick and the food was fast and cooked perfectly.

We had breakfast including tip for $ 10. Now you can’t even do fast food for that. I had double waffles and wife had a biscuit and egg sandwich. She had a large milk and I had bottomless cup of coffee. No complaints here. I also have become a regular because you can’t beat the value.

Ok, sooooo. I never grew up with anything like a Waffle house and I am actually a fan. I mean, its not gourmet but they are open 24 hours a day and serve breakfast and dinner items and are super cheap. Two of us at for about $ 13 and it was a lot of food. I got a biscuit with sausage gravy which satisfied my southern craving. The gravy was super thick though, like pudding, but it tasted good. I also survived the chili and the 200 packs of crackers that accompanied. It was pretty good! The hash browns are also good, pretty standard. I got water. I mean, I should know better but the water was… well pass it up if you can. Also its easy to overtip since the bill will probably be so low but it made our very friendly waitress the happiest woman on earth.

Service was great and fast. Food was full of grease. I suppose that’s what you go for, though, and I certainly didn’t leave hungry. Avoid the tap water, though, if you can. Mech.
