We needed a carpet cleaned prior to tenants returning to a condo after some construction. Schedule them 4 days in advance. When I, the owner, called to ask for an explanation of their charges, they were rude about explaining the charges.
They cancelled the cleaning the day of the cleaning saying they got a «water damage job».

When a sewage pipe burst underneath our house and raw, foul smelling sewage made the house unbearable to be in, Steamatic was the company we trusted to get it out.
They did a fantastic job. Not only did they have an innovative way of removing the contaminated material, but they did it accurately, quickly and professionally. The workers were very careful with the removal operation, cleaned up and took care of everything. The repair of the pipe was done by Belfast Plumbing (see my review of them, they were great too).
The estimate was fair and we would definitely use them again — though I hope we never have a sewage pipe break again. If this is what you’re facing, you can trust these guys to make the whole problem go away.
