Mingles Pizza

GREAT pizza and pasta. As well as cheese garlic bread.
Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Pros:
Fast delivery, great specials, pretty good pizza.
Cons: sometimes pizza dough is soggy, especially if you get a lot of toppings…

Love Mingle’s I have been coming here for years never had any problems the owner and employees are always nice

We have been doing business with Mingles for a decade. The food is good and the delivery is fast. We especially love the Greek Pizza!

Called for half an hour with nothing but a busy signal. Walked down to the store to see it was not busy and they had all the chairs and were sweeping almost 2 hours before closing. Mentioned that I’d gotten the busy signal and he woman there said «we’ve been busy» and as I looked at the phone it was obviously off the hook intentionally. Photo of it included here. Pizza was fairly decent though.

That being said, I am writing this review after ordering from Mingles a few times, and just this evening having an especially pleasurable experience with their food and service. We bought a custom Pizza (½ pesto, ½ BBQ), Fettuccini Alfredo, & (you guessed it) Bocci Bits. The pizza is fantastic! The pasta is what you’d expect for a $ 6 Fettuccini Alfredo, but it is good! And the Bocci Bits are artery-​clogging-​ly amazing!
Like others, we have had some annoyances with Mingles’ service. On our first order we had a mildly unpleasant experience with the person who took our order over the phone. This time around, the first 3 times we called the line was «busy» –although judging by other reviews they left the phone off the hook intentionally. After being patient and calling in again about 10 minutes later, we were able to place our order. Delivery time was an hour, which has unfortunately become the norm for pizza delivery from ANY place.
The delivery girl was super sweet, the food was great, they never forget anything in the order, and we know we will be ordering from Mingles again.

Their Pizza is one of the best in the area and priced well. It is a hole in the wall pizza place that focuses on delivery with a lot of potential.

We love this place even after they changed their name to Mingles. The crust is awesome. The service is fast and friendly. The pizza is always hot and delicious. If you haven’t tried. You should.

Mingles has become our go to pizza place. Their bocci bits are great, prices are fairly decent, and the food is very consistent. I’m so glad we found them, as round table is over priced garbage, and some of the other area pizza joints are just mediocre.

My husband LOVES this place. He has been getting pizza from here on a weekly basis. I always order cheese with extra cheese and it’s awesome. Their bocci bits are really good too. Great find!

This is a great local spot! Good pizza, great price… You can’t beat it! Super fast turnaround if you’re picking up. Never tried delivery… but worth every penny for a fast, good pizza.

Delicious pizza — first word that comes to mind! I was a little worried since the reviews were kinda mixed. Most of the bad reviews were for the customer service. We didn’t have a problem thank goodness — smooth delivery. And the pizza… delicious! We ordered a combination (no peppers), a greek pizza, salads and those balls. The greek pizza was to die for — my favorite! The salads were extremely fresh, the balls — not my favorite. We will definitely order from here again!

Normally a good place, but I don’t know what has been going on lately. If you try and call for delivery the phone just rings and rings. This has happened twice recently. I thought that maybe they went out of business so I went down to see. They were open so I went in to order and ask what the deal is with the phone. The person at the counter said that when they get busy they don’t have time to answer the phone. When I was there, there was one other person in there waiting for an order and the delivery person had just gotten back and leisurely put his stuff away (for being so busy I would think he would be getting the next order ready and leaving with it). I put my order in and sat there and waited. Over the course of the next 20 minutes one other person came in to place an order and the phone rang twice (which was ignored each time) once while taking the order for the customer that just walked in and a second time while she was getting an order ready. So I call BS on their being too busy to answer the phone, they are just lazy. The phone was not ringing off the hook, at any point the cashier could have just quickly answered the phone, told the person to hold for a minute, and finished their task at hand (literally would have taken a minute to finish) and then taken the phone order. This is not being busy, this is being a shitty lazy employee. Oh, and the delivery guy left to deliver an order a few minutes before I received mine, didn’t seem like there were that many orders to deliver.
This bothers me because I remember going there when the owner worked the counter. Then the phone was actually ringing off the hook and he was able to help walk-​ins, finish getting orders ready for delivery and walk-​ins, and never let the phone go unanswered. I haven’t seen him around for a while and I am afraid that these employees are taking advantage of his absence. A shame really, used to be such a good place.

My husband and I have been looking for a good pizza place since we moved here almost two years ago. We’ve never found it, until tonight. We called for a delivery. They told us 45 minutes. We received our pizza in a half hour. We got a combination with no Italian sausage, add pineapple, half linguica, and garlic ranch instead of tomato sauce. We ordered bocci balls as well. Wow! What flavorful, tasty, HOT food. We will be ordering again soon. Thank you, Mingles, for making an excellent pizza! The prices were very reasonable as well!

Great pizza, but they don’t know how to run a delivery business. When they get busy they literally take the phones off the hook! Fortunately there is a round table down the street. I wish they would get their operations in order because they do make a very good pizza!

I’ve been ordering from Mingles for the past 10 years, even though the name was different back then. This place is great. The pizza is much better than the «chain» pizza places, the bocci bits are awesome, fresh salad, great lasagna, and the strips of fire are damn good too. I order here 2 – 3 times a month, and it always arrives quickly, have to love that.

My girlfriend and I get two orders of the bites and a salad when we order. Their pizza is really good but there is always too much. We love the salad to go with the meal so it is a nice balance. Probably order from here 1 – 2 times a month and don’t regret it.
They are the best pizza we have had in the area and they are affordable. What more could you want?

Typical price pizza but it was actually really good actually eaten here a couple times the pretty fast at making it small little spot so it’s best to get it to go

Yum! Great pizza. Just remember that there is a difference between the regular «veggie pizza» and the «gourmet pizza” — don’t make the mistake I made and know which one your wife wanted to order before you come home with the wrong pizza.
This is a place just for takeout. It ain’t a pizza parlor. You probably don’t want to sit in one of the four chairs between the floor to ceiling window and the floor to ceiling pizza boxes.
