ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After taking a check for 5k it took them a whole month to get my flooring ordered, after they told me install would start in 2 weeks. Then the promised installation time of 2 days turned into a horror of 3 weeks. They damaged my home and did some of the most sub standard work ever. The workers had no accountability and just showed up when they felt like it. The management team barely knew where the workers were and no one was on the same page. Worst treatment I have ever received as a servicemember in this area.

I had quite the opposite encounter. We were greeted quite nicely and the staff were very helpful. I too made it known from the start that this was going to be a product only buy. I am a fairly handy guy and tile is not too difficult. Jason was great, took a good bit of time to help my wife find something that interested her. We even had to break away and get lunch and return with some products that we had already purchased from other stores. I will admit that I would have liked a bit more communication from the staff post order. It took almost 3 weeks (18 or so days) for our product to be delivered to our house. In fact we were very close to canceling the order. But in the end the Tile arrived and appears to be intact. Were it not for an upcoming trip this would be installed this weekend. Had they informed us that there was an availability issue I would have given them max ratings. I prefer to do business with the local shops as it keeps the growth of the local economy moving. All in all be up front with what you want and expect and I believe that they will deliver a sound purchase experience. EDIT: 03/​09/​2015 I need to update this as I had discovered that the tile (BULL NOSE) ordered was not what they had shipped in and delivered to me. The supplier shipped them base tiles not bull nose. I brought that to the attention of the staff and they promptly confirmed that they had requested the bull nose and the vendor had shipped the base on accident. That Monday it was ordered and I was given a follow-​up status of should be in by 2 March and should arrive at the shop by the 5^th or 6^th. that day comes and NO update!!! Again with the failure to communicate. Thankfully we had a house guest and there was no hurry to get the install done. NOW however I have told my wife the project would be complete by our Anniversary so I am definitely on the hook. Over all still not horrible but they definitely need to do a better job of keeping you informed.

If you buy from here beware. If you special order custom expensive tile and they receive a bunch of them broken, then the owner will tell you sorry but they don’t replace them for us so you have to receive broken tiles. Buyer beware. You can do so much better by going anywhere else. Seriously, you deliver broken tiles to my home and your employees even broke a couple of the (7) 12″ x 24″ travertine vein cut tiles and all you can say is all well there is nothing I can do cause we primarily do full installs and rarely sell tile to diy’ers. Read so that way they can rip off their customers with installation which in my opinion is also way over priced. But have to love the fact that when I returned a bunch of the over ordered supplies the owner was like oh yeah thanks for returning the un-​used portions of ditra cause that stuff is expensive and my employees gave you too much, but yeah sorry about the broken tiles but there is nothing I can do. I have been burned by these guys, so if you buy from them make sure to do your research. The only reason I paid the triple price for the travertine was cause they had the exact size of tile and color and style that my pregnant wife liked. Never again will I allow them to take advantage of this guy. Hence why I am writing this review to warn others.
