Had a problem with the oreck so we decided to take it in for maintenance. I was not happy to hear that certain parts were not covered by warranty but in all i am happy with the service in that the work was completed the same day and as much work that could be done under warranty was. The downside is parts and bags are very expensive and i really cant see why.
