We called Crays Cooling right before Labor Day weekend since our AC unit wasnt working very well. He mentioned it could be repaired but may only last a year or two so we opted to just go ahead and replace everything including the ducting which had been eaten through by rats. They started on it as soon as the equipment was in and worked through the holiday weekend! They even rat proofed the roof to prevent further infestation and recommend that we cut back any trees with branches touching the house.

Mike is amazing, I hired him to install a wall heater in my rental property and he did an amazing job. Upon first meeting he puts you at ease and can tell he’s an honest person. In an industry full of people that have the power to take advantage I felt incredibly lucky to have found him. He did the job within 24 hours of calling and got the new heater back up and running in record time. Highly recommend, one of the last few great ones out there.

I highly recommend Crays Cooling because they’re smart and the price is the best you can find.
I had several estimates and Crays Cooling was the only company willing to repair my air conditioner. All the other techs said I needed a new unit, especially since it operates with frion. A new unit have cost me thousands of dollars.
Mike was able to locate two leaks, and determine the fan motor was the wrong size and installed upside down by the last repair guy. After a thorough cleaning and a brand new fan motor, my central a/​c unit works better than ever!

Mike Crays was referred to me by my trusted electrician Tracy Inouye. Mike gave me a quote sometime ~Nov 2013. He noticed that the extra air filter we had was the wrong size and changed it free of charge. I got one other quote when I noticed Costco was having an AC «sale» and it was WAY higher! Late April 2014 we decided we needed to get that AC in b/​f he heatwave, so I called up Mike. He came back the next day and I showed him some other work that was suppose to be done by what turned out to be an incompetent swindling handyman (don’t hire Yoshi Ando, he will take your money and disappear), and after pointing out what a terrible job the guy was doing, he offered to fix it for the cost of the materials! He also changed out my refrigerator water line and re-​connected it to a cold water line (b/​c it was hooked up to hot water). And he did it for a very reasonable price. It’s late June now– the AC is working wonderfully! He seems like an honest guy who does good work for a competitive price– I would recommend him in a second! THANKS MIKE CRAYS!
