I ordered a hand made sign the beginning of Dec 2015, from this company and was charged right away for my internet purchase. Several weeks later I called because this order was a Christmas Present, and it still hadn’t arrived. I was told it would arrive by Dec 28th. and that it takes a LONG time to hand make a Happily ever after plaque. Here we are a full month later and my purchase is still not here. When I called again, I was told the computers were down and my purchase couldn’t be located and that someone would call me next week !!! Horrible horrible customer service!!!
