Staff needs to work on their customer service. I get no one likes to be awake at 6am but that gives no reason to be rude. Food came out fast(we are a group of 7) but the soda fountain is flat and they«can’t do anything about that».

SLOOOWWWW service! Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes!!! During this time, three other cars drove off after ordering their food! Get it together, whataburger. Dang!

Rude, lazy cashiers every time I dine in or drive through — what’s up with that? If you don’t want to work with the public, please stop ruining one of my favorite places to eat. Food is always great, though sometimes not as ordered(which doesn’t bother me as much as some of the staff being awful every single time I dine in, and sometimes on drive-thru). I always try to remember and just drive through to minimize my contact with them, but again, the food is 99% spot on top notch.

A very good regional burger chain. Probably as good a chain burger as you can get. But let’s don’t go overboard. You can get better burgers at a decent roadside café.
