It’s our first time ordering from Pizza Hut, we are papa johns guys. Anyway the pizzas are decent, but the service is the worst ever. We waited 10 minutes in the drive through because the car in front of us his order wasn’t ready. So why didn’t the customer service tell opus to move to the front while that car is waiting for his order? Then when I walked in to pay, again waited forever, but turns out my pizzas were already done long time ago, and no smile from the cashier, just threw my credit card back to me, no thank you, no nothing. So rude, she’s the worst cashier I have ever seen. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Clean, with prompt service. It was Halloween night and I don’t think they were staffed appropriately, but the girls got it done. Pizza Hut pizza is in a catagory all by itself. I like it for what it is and do not compare it to all the incredible pizza NJ has to offer. Every now and again I need some Pizza Hut!

HORRIBLE… HORRIBLE… HORRIBLE We dined in and the place was messy. Tables were still dirty from previous diners. Placed an order of breadsticks and never received them. Another table near us ordered appetizers and it’s been well over an hour and they are still waiting… rediculous. Then the waitress told them they were cleaning the fryer. Really? In the middle of a dinner rush. Umm. yeah I think NOT… She then delivered them their wings and they were raw. It appeared as if they were just dropped in the fryer for about 30 seconds then pulled out and sauced and served. UM. they’re raw. really… There are two ppl who are supposed wait staff but it appears as though only 1 seems to be working while the other seems to be doing absolutely nothing… Phone ringing off the hook. Rings at least 3 to 4 times before it’s answered. If I could give this place negative stars I would..

Went to the lunch time pizza buffet. While it is a chain amongst the best mom & pop pizza in the country, it was pretty good pizza. Good buffet with an assortment of various pizzas, a pasta and salad. The thin crust jalapeño was pretty good. All in all a good value for your money with efficient friendly service.

Got back from vacation with a terrible ear infection with nothing to eat at home. Was hoping to get some dinner delivered because I’m in so much pain, I really don’t want to go out. Placed an order online at 8:30PM. Got a confirmation number. It is now 10:00PM and my boyfriend and I never got food or a phone call telling us to order from someone else. Boyfriend had an interview here and it is clear that the manager is an idiot so I can’t say I’m surprised, but I am really annoyed. It’s not hard to fire dumb people and get people to manage that know what they’re doing. Been here before and they charged me for the wrong order. Edit: Just realized that my boyfriend actually PAID for it online too, so I guess we have to go get money back. –_–

I’ve ordered Cheesy Bites Pizza online just to get a call back from the store to say: We no longer make it — we can give you plain pizza. When I tried to speak to the manager, she hung up on me saying I’m too busy to talk to you. I have too many customers here… horrible customer service. Never again. Where are the manners?

First time ordering from this place online and received a missed call from restaurant. Call back and the manager rudely asks me «are you going to pick this order up? We are not doing delivery tonight.» I placed my order an hour ago and just now got a call that i will not be getting my food. Not a great first time experience and definitely my last!

I love this Pizza Hut. Its the pizza hut pizza I remember when I was growing up, the buttery pan pizza crust and breadsticks! They have a great lunchtime buffet w assorted pizzas, pastas, salads and breadsticks during the week Staff courteous, quick, and friendly. 5 stars for a fast food establishment.

My husband and I ordered from them after seeing a commercial for their stuffed crust pizza. We were hesitant, but decided to give them a chance. We ordered a plain stuff crusted pizza and wingspan. Our delivery took over an hour and when it arrived it was burnt and cold. We wrote Pizza Hut three different times and never got a response. We are more than willing to accept mistakes happen, but to not even respond to a customers negative experience is a poor reflection on the company and its services.

Why can you guys never get the order correct??? I order my stuff through the app and it is always delivered incorrectly. Why pay for extra toppings or sauces when they are not given to you? I did call your location but was quickly dismissed. I was a former Pizza Hut employee for 8 years and this would never be acceptable on my shift. Lost all faith in your location and will be contacting corporate office tomorrow about the third order in a row that I received incorrectly. Hopefully I can get reimbursed for the extras you charged me but never provided. This location should be ashamed as other locations have provided excellent service and did quality to me. Oh, and thanks for closing the pizza box onto the pizza so that parts of it were smashed down.

My mother is visiting from out of state and wanted Pizza Hut, which she had not been to in years. Tonight was our first experience at your restaurant and it was dreadful. Myself, my mother and daughter were in the dining room with 2 other families who arrived within minutes after us. We ordered 2 P’Zones and 1 personal pan pizza. We waited well over an hour for our meal. While waiting for our meal we spoke with the other families who were equally disgusted. One family waited over 30 minutes for breadsticks!!! It was unreal. One server and one cook?! The phone was ringing off the hook and your poor server tried her best, but it was all for naught. After an hr wait we were served subpar food. The server was nice, apologetic and gave is a 20% discount. Even with the discount my mother has now sworn off all Pizza Huts even though they were once her favorite. I would not normally write a review like this, however tonight was one of our worst dining experiences. My mother joked maybe we should call ahead next time, but then we met the man in the waiting area who waited 45 mins for a call ahead takeout pizza. I mean, really how hard could it possibly be to bake a pizza. My local shop has hundreds of orders daily with no problems. I can’t fathom how your still in business with such horrible business practices. I thought i was being over-critical until i spoke with your other patrons who agreed completely and also emailed. Hopefully you can remedy this situation but i doubt it after reading Unilocal reviews. This was a disastrous dining experience which we will not subject ourselves to again and i hope no one else does either.

Horrible horrible place… Pizza tastes bad. I have eaten at other Pizza Hut and this place has to be one of the worst. Undercooked pizzas with raw pizza dough given to me and rude service. My last order they even deleted some of my topping cuz they ran out and they expected me to pay for the toppings they didn’t give. I asked for price to be readjusted and they refused. The pizza they wanted to give to me was not even the pizza I ordered. Forget this Pizza Hut and go to the cherry hill pizza hut instead!

Could be improved in some areas. The prices here are higher for what you get, however they always skimp on whatever toppings you choose. They just«dribble» the stuff like as if they were greedy, or ran out of the stuff. I cannot vouch for the pizza bar/buffet, however the salad & pizza offerings leave more to be desired. Perhaps it is still worth trying for lunch, though. The only good thing about this place is their pizza crust; it’s pan-style and pretty decent. I’m not blasting the place, it is nice to switch it up with an alternative. But compared to Domino’s, the experience here is kind of lacking.

Stay away if you value your health. This is a horribly managed location. Service was horrible, food was not served as requested. Pizza was served raw not well done as requested. Water from snow was left on the floor, an accident waiting to happen. There were two servers with 4 tables, and we were ignored. The operator was notified via email, and the email went unresponded to. This is the worst place.

I keep hoping that they will get their act together and I keep getting disappointed. From the first time I went and it took over an hour to get served the simple pizza I ordered, to the delivery that never came, to the take out that kept being taken by the other staff to fill their own orders. Without fail they have proven to theyare not worthy of the Piizza Hut name. Pizza Hut didn’t have the best pizza in the world, but u until now at least it was consistent from store to store, Not here.

I ordered 2 large pizza’s online on 12/26/2013 to pick up at 6:00PM. When I arrived there were about ten other people also waiting for their order so I assumed they were just a little busier than usual so I patiently waited. After 1HOUROFSITTING– the cashier at the front after I had paid with cash 1 hour earlier said«MYMANAGERAND2OFTHEEMPLOYEESINTHEBACK– HADJUSTQUIT and there were no pizza’s made». I saw 3 guys laughing as they walked out the back door. It then took her another 45 minutes to try to figure out how she could re-imburse people some who had paid with cash or credit cards– another long wait to get some code to be able to open the drawers. TWOHOURSOFMYTIMESPENTWITHTHISFIASCO! There are plenty of other Pizza establishments within 5 – 10 minutes along this busy major route. Who ever runs this franchise location has a REALSERIOUSPROBLEM with their employees or lack of employees. My pizza business will be going elsewhere in the future.

This place is horribly run. I went with my family to dine in at this restaurant and, believe it or not, everything was sub par. Our pizza, which we asked for to be well done, was undercooked and cold. We waited 30 minutes for our breadsticks and garlic bread which finally ended up coming out after we got our main course of pizza. I felt bad for the staff, which seemed like nice young people that were just put into a bad situation. Whoever is managing the place needs to rethink everything they are doing.

I’m a big Pizza Hut fan and was disappointed by the service and appearance of this Pizza Hut location. I’ve been here twice to dine in and should have learned from the first trip that it should have been my last. The table tops are always filthy, they take way too much time to clear and clean them. This past time we went there were only five other tables in the entire restaurant taken however an additional 8 were still dirty from prior diners. Our waiter came to take the order, came back about 5 minutes later asking us to repeat our order as the system«lost» it. I repeat the order. he walks back towards the kitchen. then I see him turn back around and he comes to tell me that they ran out of breadsticks(really?!?). In the meantime, the other diners have still not gotten their pizzas and begin questioning the waiters where their meals are. Two are given pizzas — one with the wrong toppings and one the wrong size! While that’s all happening a different waiter brings us a check for our meal… that we hadn’t even gotten yet! He goes back into the kitchen clearly confused and a few minutes later a different waiter brings our pizza… thankfully at this point, it was the right pizza. Definitely wont be returning here!

The staff/management at this Pizza Hut are pretty incompetent. They constantly mess up orders. In one incidence they never had my pizza ready when I went to pick it up after my phone order. Another time we ate in and received all our food except for one order.
