Ok food. Advertised strawberry banana smoothie. No bananas. They lost our order and we were the only people in the store. Staff kept looking at is but never inquired about why we were still standing around. After 10 minutes I asked about sandwich order. LOUSYSERVICE… NEVERCOMINGBACK!

Bread! Great for breakfast, pastries, or soups. Delightful staff, great location. Pre-ordering available to avoid the line via proprietary app. Technology-forward company that is consistently making upgrades to point of sale technologies, apple pay, etc. Better coffee than starbucks. Now, can we get some more wifi bandwidth and take the time limit off???

This particular Panera location is pretty much just the same as any other. Parking in The Promenade can be an experience, but this location is fairly close to my work. The line is usually long here at lunch time, but it moves along. The staff members are always friendly, and I use my «My Panera» card which can have some small perks and discounts. At times it can be hard to find a seat inside, so my wife and I often stake out my place while we are waiting for our meals to be prepared, saving our seats with our waters or coats. In the spring and summer, there is some limited outdoor seating. As far as Panera in general, it is a step up from a quasi-fast food chain, their menu is fairly diverse and I feel as though the food is comparatively healthy. I do feel Panera is a little pricey for what you get. For example, a ½ grilled cheese sandwich and vegetarian creamy tomato soup is over $ 8.00 with tax and that is without a drink. Panera does give you a piece of bread, chips or an apple. All in all Panera’s are consistent, fast and clean and the food is pretty decent.

Panera is, as always, delicious and has wonderful customer service. This location in particular is pretty large and has tons of seats so you’re never left wondering where to sit even when you come with a large group. Never have waited more than 5-minutes for my food.

sweet mother of Jesus this Panera is ALWAYSBUSY. 8am? busy… 10am? busy… lunchtime? OMGFORGETIT. after work coffee stop? nope forget it. regardless of when you go there will ALWAYS be a long line. that being said i’m a panera member so i now order everything ahead and do their ‘rapid pick up’. it is literally the ONLY way you will get me in this Panera location. the food has always been great. i love their you pick twos(especially in the fall b/c they have their wonderful squash soups). anyways this review is just to forwarn ALL of you that its always crazy in there and so be prepared to wait, but the food is great. =)

Good restaurant chain with great tasting, moderately priced food, wonderful bakery, revolving menu specials and quick service considering the crowds around mealtimes

This rating is not for the food but rather the pathetic service… Way to move painfully and irritatingly slow on Monday morning when people are in a rush! There was literally zero sense of urgency.

This place had gone down hill. There were ants all over the beverage station. The entire place was filthy, just gross. I did bring the ants to the manager’s attention. .but he did absolutely nothing. The meal, a sandwich. .should be fairly easy. .but missed the mark on that too! I asked for the bread to be toasted… but they were unable to do that, they offered to press it in the panini press… Go Somewhere Else! I would give it Zero stars… but Unilocal doesn’t allow it.

I’m typically a Panera fan. I hadn’t been to the one in Marlton in a while. The food was standard Panera. However, the whole place seemed messy and disorganized. I looked back at the kitchen and it reminded me a bit of my college apartment. There was no one to greet people at the front registers. As the line was building, one by one a staff member would pull a person over to the coffee area and say that she could take you over there. The staff seemed genuinely disinterested that customers were in the restaurant. You expect consistency from a place like Panera, for some time I have felt that Panera was going downhill perhaps cutting corners, but my last kind of explained it.

This is your typical Panera Bread. The food is average, but consist. I find this one to be very crowded all the time. They are pretty quick getting your food out. What I don’t like is that they present themselves as healthy eating and there are a lot of hidden fat/sodium etc. items in their food. Therefore order wisely. I also dislike how expensive their food is for average fast food.

I love me some Panera Bread. I live closer to the Panera in Deptford, but find myself at this Marlton one frequently because of friends in the area. This particular Panera is ALWAYS crowded. The staff is just OK. They’re far from friendly, but not flat out rude either. The crowd is quite snobby and pretenious too. Because they’re as busy as they are, it’s not kept as clean as it could be. There’s always drinks spilled around the coffee and soft drink station which have dried up and end up being sticky and yucky. Sometimes the floor around that area is just as bad. If it wasn’t for your yummy French Onion Soup and yummy bagette, I wouldn’t go there. But, I can’t quit you Panera in Marlton.

Great food and employees. Love Rapid Pickup. Always ready when I arrive. Excellent soups. Sandwiches always taste fresh. Bakery items very good. Love the scones. A few weeks ago came to pickup Rapid Pickup Order and discovered I ordered for another location(website always defaults to the wrong location,). Since you must psy online for Rapid Pickup, I didn’t know what to do. The counter person called the manager over and he quickly made our order up on the spot.

My wife and I have been to this Panera before, and the service is usually good, but today it was particularly exceptional! We came for lunch and the employee who took our order, Elijah, was attentive, knowledgable, and very friendly! Sometimes it’s easy to tell when an employee is just going through the motions, but Elijah truly seemed as if he was enjoying himself — and that’s really not something you see every day! He suggested the Frontega chicken sandwich, which my wife really enjoyed. The food was great, but the service is what will keep us coming back!

Have you ever been to those furniture stores that have the dinning table displays, with table settings and everything. They always have fake food as decorations, like plastic sandwiches, fruits and pastries. That’s what this place reminds me of, everything on display looks INCREDIBLE, but taste like cardboard! I won’t even bother posting pictures of what I had for lunch(a sandwich and a salad), cause I only post pics of food that looks good. I had a «greek» salad, lettuce looked liked it was sitting out for days. Panera soups taste good just like a Big Mac taste good, the right amount of fat, sugar and salt, they are made in some factory across the country and shipped to stores in frozen bags(like pillows) then submerge in hot water and melted before they serve it in some clever way to make you feel your eating some gourmet dish, and tell you is home style. Panera has master the art of magazine looking Pastries, but that’s what the Pastries taste like magazine paper!(Yes I’ve tasted magazine paper, left my breath smelling like perfume). I can put together a way better sandwich and far cheaper at my local Wawa.

What’s not to love at Panere? I love the broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken Caesar salad. I can always find a good gluten free options. Also, no matter how busy it is(like today). I got my order in less than 10 minutes! The staff here is very friendly.

A great, cozy chain place for those who don’t mind serving themselves. As the weather gets colder, their signature soups in their sourdough bread bowls sound like just what the doctor ordered. I haven’t been in here in a while, and I was asked for my Panera member’s card to swipe on the POS, which notified the cashier that I get a free birthday pastry of my choice. Awesome. Peak times or not, expect to wait for even the smallest order at the production line, simply because the franchise’s way of serving is «first come, first serve». It is odd, but it isn’t the end of the world, either. BTW, Fridays/Saturdays(more so on Saturday) are when couples, high schoolers & college students typically dine there, while Sundays are when families with little children go. So if you’re not a fan of kids and you’re reading this, you’ve been warned. You’re welcome :-)

When you order vegetarian sandwich, salad, or soup please make sure it is because this happened second time to me couple other people that there was a chicken in my salad …

This particular Panera location is just as good as any other. While parking in The Promenade can be a pain, it’s worth it for an otherwise convenient lunch. The line is usually long here at lunch time, but with every register manned, and bakery workers even taking orders when there is no bakery line, it is extremely fast moving. The staff members are always friendly, return my «thank yous» with«your welcomes» and are always on the ball with my special requests(i.e. ordering a salad without the chicken, etc.). In the winter it can be hard to find a seat inside, so I’ll often stake out my place while I’m waiting for my meal to be prepared, saving my seat with a book or something. In the summer, there is outdoor seating. As far as Panera in general, I love this restaurant because for a quasi-fast food chain, their menu is quite diverse in type of food and healthfulness. Their salads are actually healthy, unlike some places that sneak in the high calorie dressing. On the other hand, if I really feel like going off the wagon one day, I can get a bowl of mac n cheese and a danish. The rewards card is also nice, and something that I don’t think any other fast food joints do. It’s always exciting to learn I’ve got a free bagel or pastry or something awesome.

A colleague of mine prdered a huge cookie and brownie tray from Panera for an office event and the cookies(HUGE — and about 450 calories a piece) were delicious. The Chocolate Chipper and Double Chocolate with Walnuts(and white confection pieces) were snapped up in minutes. I did not try the brownies but they looked great and also disappeared.
