The best part of this place is the staff. I had a great experience designing my closet with Craig. Elfa is the best thing that’s happened to my tiny closet and it was very reasonable/​less than what I was expecting. I think the displays of Elfa make it look much pricier than it can be — you should be sure to use the complimentary design service. I love being able to order products & picking them up in the front because the lines are inherently long, but I don’t think that’s really their fault.

Tina is an amazing, stress free saleslady. Not pushy, not interested in pushing top of the line, reasonable. Now my rating is for the buying experience, these puppies will set your wallet back a bit — so the product better deliver what it offers in comfort. 30 day money back guarantee. Fun experience, all the buttons to push, raising your legs and feet, trying out the right pillow combo. Its almost a burger king approach to buying a bed — «have it your way»… But lets see when the bed gets here… they even have a model that vibrates (massages…) but for shopping experience, for those of us the old and the achy (and it aint our breaky hearts, its all the joints, pressure points, follicles…) Tina gave us hope for waking up pain free (or less pain…)
