Quality Inn

Friendly staff, but not too concerned about professionalism. When I checked in, half of the lights in my room did not work. I went right back to the front desk and was told that they didn’t have another comparable room available and the Maintenance person had gone home. (It was 10:00p.m.) I was told that they would fix it in the morning. When I went back to the room I found that the toilet ran and would only stop after much jiggling. I reported that and it was not fixed. One of the two bulbs on the desk light was burned out, so I placed it on the desk. The next day only the light over the entry door and closet was fixed. The desk lightbulb was gone and was not replaced. Housekeeping left more soap and shampoo every day even though it was clear that I wasn’t using it. The staff payed no attention to the breakfast food, so that you had to go to the front desk to get someone to refill the coffee, etc.
I would not stay there again.

Worst Hotel stay of my life. One of our rooms had Bed Bugs (we have pictures) another had water bugs. There was also dog poop outside the building that was never cleaned up. The sheets where pilled and the beds were mushy. The manager would not even talk to us. Avoid this hotel at any cost!
