I’m new to being an artist but Randi, who owns and operates Post Road Art Center, never once made me feel like I didn’t belong. She has been patient with my unending questions and made great suggestions without pushing products on me that I didn’t want. I have had photos of my kids framed there and my own art work framed there and the jobs have been 100% perfect and they all worked with me to chose options that were within my budget and still gorgeous. I also recently took an acrylics class that was SO great my only regret is not having enough time to play with my paint and create more great art!

A gem of a find out in the burbs. Look for the purple house with the Mona Lisa painted on the door. Inside you will find terrific local art, creative and fun gifts, knick knacks and jewelry, friendly people, art supplies and tons of choices for frames. Check it out.

Great advice, great selection and great prices. What more could you ask for? As an artist, I think finding the right frame for a piece can be critical important to the overall success of the piece. Also, as an artist, I think find affordable framing is critical for commercial success. Post Road Art Center helps with both. They provide excellent advice providing you the options they think work best taking your budget into consideration. Typically, they present a range of options and let you know what they think about each of them. Often, I’ve found, they will end up suggesting the less expensive choice. This says a lot about their level of professionalism and their quality of service. I also like that they are local business rather than a big chain. They also have a gallery featuring art by local artists which is fun to check out.
