Just got done with my car here. Mounted and balanced the tire fine, but when it came time for my inspection that’s what really ticked me off. I have a exhaust on my car and its alittle on the loud side. So they didnt pass it which is fine. I understand stand that. But when they checked it, they rev the shit out of it. There is no need for that. I inspect cars myself for stickers at a ford dealer and i have never once done that. It was very kid like and for that i will never go back. Anyone with a exhaust and any kind of sports car dont go there!

I drive 30−40K miles per year and always bring my truck and family vehicles to Kraft Tire and Auto. They are always helpful accommodating and fair. You can TRUST this family owned and operated business to do the right thing.

I work in Marlboro and came out to a flat tire. I was able to fill the tire enough to drive it down. When i got here all the workers were on lunch at the same time. So I had to wait a while for service. They were able to take my car right in and patch my tire which was great. Other than the inconvenient wait I had a very pleasurable experience.

My initial impression of my visit was not great. The actual transaction was fine, the tires were a very fair price and were installed quickly. But there was a real lack of communication. Kevin contacted me very soon after my initial review, clarifying my perceptions and apologizing for not having been clearer at the time. I appreciate it when a business owner is willing to admit a mistake and try to correct it. And I do like to support locally owned businesses such as this.
