This review is for the sales associates who work here. Not knowing the store closed at 9, I went in at 8:30 and took my time walking around. Each sales associate was very kind and didn’t mind waiting for me to finish, I never once felt rushed or an inconvenience. I even asked a girl to find me a different size 5 minutes before closing. Now that I know what time you close– I won’t do that again(sorry ladies). Now, for their clothes– blech. It’s a hit or miss. The clothes are adorable on the shelves, but everything looks so-so on me, which could just be my body– who knows. Anyway, if you’re in to cheaper clothes and fashionable clothes, give it a look.

Very good service still at 8.50 pm. Thanks. Were out of some sizes and colors(minus 1 star). Would shop there again.

I have been to this Old Navy a few times now and everytime I buy something is rings up wrong. They tried to overcharge me by almost $ 18.00. Maybe there is an issue with the computer? They fixed the problem this time, but my last purchase I couldn’t fix because I lost the receipt. I don’t think I’ll be back, and if I do then I will watch the prices like a hawk!

The cashiers here were having a conversation for almost 5 minutes,(which seems a lot longer when you are just standing in one place waiting to be helped) before they decided they should ring me up for my purchases. They have some nice cheap(in price, not quality) clothes, basics that are probably part of most people’s wardrobes. Good prices, not incredibly fashion-forward but they do have jeans for all types of bodies, which even come in short sizes :) The employees there were nice and knowledgable, but maybe should be more attentive of customers, and save private conversations for when there aren’t customers around.

Fun to browse the latest trends in comfortable casual clothing for young adults, here. The prices are good, though the quality is not. These clothes are comfortable, but will not last too long. Consumerism in retail clothing at it’s finest. Make disposable goods that do not last, so the consumer must re-purchase on a regular basis. One key to retail clothing financial success, until you are discovered and your goods are boycotted. OMG!

I am a big fan of Old Navy. I like their sales and clearances which are always great. I am especially thrilled when I have bought sweaters from past seasons for about $ 2! If you receive their emails, you can get coupons but you do need access to a printer to print them out. I absolutely love those sweatshirts with the built-in headphones which when they get in stock sell fast. I own two of these kind and love to wear them. I wish they would constantly have these sweatshirts in stock. Being a big woman, I can wear many of the XXL size clothing but being normally a 2x-3x size sometimes I do not. On their website there are larger sizes for women but I prefer shopping at a store and trying on clothes before I purchase them. I have read that Old Navy is a division of Gap, Inc. The store in Marina is very clean and well organized. The clerks are extremely helpful and nice. The fitting rooms are spacious.

I went into ON yesterday and used my 30% off for one item coupon. I bought a couple of on sale pants for my son. The selection of items in the store for myself has improved since my last visit(my guess is they just go t their new line of clothing in). I will be going back this weekend to use my 30% off transaction coupon and buy some more school clothes for my son and maybe a few outfits for myself assuming they still have the ones I want. The cashier was very friendly and all the employees I passed smiled and acknowledged you and even offered assistance if needed. There were a few employees organizing the store that were having a loud conversation that could be heard through out the entire store. Overall a pleasant shopping trip.

Not very good quality, but the prices, especially the sale prices, are fair enough. OK for kids’ clothes that they’re just going to outgrow before they can destroy, and OK for seasonal things that you’ll probably discard after a season or two of wear. Definitely not the place for classic wardrobe basics.

This Old Navy is really awful. If you are a size small, don’t waste your time. They won’t have your size. Or if you have small feet(size 7 or smaller) also forget it, they won’t have it. Just a huge waste of time.

Given the fact that it’s a newer store, I was hoping it would be bigger, but I guess not. The selection has also declined(not just in this store, but in the chain overall). At least the staff here is nice. If you REALLY love Old Navy and want a larger selection, it’s worth making a trip to San Francisco and hitting the flagship store on Market Street. Three floors of shopping goodness await!

I always find something I don’t need here but I didn’t see anything that I didn’t need.

Dear Old Navy– What happened? I used to be able to go into your stores and be overwhelmed by the number of things I wanted to buy buy buy. Now I go in there and find nothing. And go back a couple months later and find nothing. And even a few months later, and poof, one thing. Seriously, I was so excited to hear an Old Navy was opening near Monterey, but if you’re never again going to have decent clothes I’m going to have to stop bothering to come visit. So there, pfffffffft. Love, me Then again, I think I saw an article in the Wall Street Journal recently that all Old Navy’s were going to be closed soon and turned into Gaps or something. That might be an improvement — well only if Gap stops trying to charge $ 50 for the same type shirt you could get at Old Navy for $ 15, and starts stocking their stores with more than 5 styles at a time.
