I’ve purchased many many things from this store but will never be giving them my business again after my last visit. I bought an ironing board holder(package shows box for iron plus hooks to hang ironing board under neath) got home and realized there were no hooks in the box, only plastic box to screw to the wall to hold the iron. No big deal. Returned to the store to simply replace that for a new one with all the materials I paid for. The employee told me because I did not have my receipt I was unable to get money back, and could only receive store credit. Again, no big deal, if I wanted money I should have kept my receipt and again I only wanted the correct item that I purchased with all of the pieces. The employee then calls another woman over who I’m assuming was the manager on duty, she tells me because I don’t have a receipt I get the current sale price MINUS20% FORRETURNINGIT. I thought she must not of known that I wasn’t returning because I didn’t like the item but for a different reason, so I AGAIN explained that there were MISSING pieces from the box. She rudely said while shaking her head that«they did not know there was missing pieces when they sold it to me so it wasn’t there fault.» Umm. I never said it was your fault, but I’m not getting marked off 20% of what I paid for a mistake on the stores part. She then tells me the reason they do that is because they have many coupons and can give me a 20% off for another item I purchase? Don’t really understand why that was necessary and why she didn’t just remove the 20% «fee» in the first place. Whoever made that a policy needs to rethink. Will not be returning especially after being made feel stupid for not wanting to be marked down after purchasing a product that was NOTUSABLE.

Been here a bunch of times since I moved to Marina. Super conveniently located — near CSU. Friendly employees and neat and organized store. I always find what I need to buy and usually more since other products usually catch my eye.

Wow seriously? Not one employee helped me or offered help. I purchased a gift for a friend, and when I asked if they could wrap it for me, I was told I could go to the wrapping station and wrap it myself. I asked where was the wrapping station, and I got a vague point in the general direction. While I searched for a box and lid to match, employees were chatting amongst themselves. When I tried to leave the store, employees had the entrance blocked with a large barrel on wheels. Absolute worst service ever. Definitely not the Bed Bath and Beyond I remember. They know how to smile and say hi, but that’s as far as their customer service goes. Disappointing for sure. I won’t be returning.

Great customer service. Found an item that was marked less than it was(about $ 25 less). The cashier and the manager(I believe) did not give me any fuss and marked it down to the price without me asking them to! Wow, I like deals but I thought that was professional of them. And he asks me for the coupon I had in my hand and he says I got a great deal! Very nice.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and directed me to everything I needed. I asked if I could ship some domestic items and was pleasantly surprised to learn they ship FREE(75.00 or more) for the holidays! I do intend on returning when I have more time., great stuff!

Never used to go in here as I had it labeled as Blood-Bath and Beyond because of their high prices, but if you have the coupons it’s really not that bad. Plus, those coupons you get in the mail really don’t technically expire and they have lots of cool stuff! Plus, they have an excellent return policy. Bought curtains, hung them and they were the wrong size and color. No problems with return and they even let me use the coupon from my previous purchase! Awesome! :)

My husband and I bought a house about six months ago and went to B, B & B to load up on tons of necessities. A half a year later, here’s how the items fared: 1) 50% of the non slip hangers I bought have broken from twisting the top a half turn to face the opposite direction 2) The metal shower caddy has rusted 3) The cotton sheets have pilled from once-a-week washing in cold water on the gentle cycle 4) The whistler on the kettle melted(yep, melted) from simply having water boiled in it I could go on, but that would become boring… bottom line: steer clear. There is far higher-quality merchandise out there for a far lower price.

As with most Bedn’baths, they carry a bunch of things you probably don’t need but just gotta have. They carry the stuff you need too, but there’s only so much fun in that. I was very pleased with the customer service and attentiveness from the staff, regardless of the store becoming a little busy. They helped us with an insane registry and gift wrapping, too. I think I’ll return, even if it’s just to be treated like a human being.

I recently purchased a foot spa by Homemedics from here, was so excited to use it until I did attempt to use it and only the left side of jets to make the bubbles worked and not the right side. I took that one back and exchanged it for another one. I get home and attempt to use this one… this time, NONE of the jets were working! wtf?! So I have my bf exchange it and use the credit towards $ 100 sateen bed sheets. We wash the sheets once before we put them on our bed but before we can, we notice the seaming along the fitted sheet has completely come undone and thread is everywhere. AREYOUEFFINGSERIOUS?! I will never purchase anything from this store again!

I’m a kitchen gadget freak. This is my candy store. Not quite as upscale as Sur La Table or Williams-Sonoma. But, this place is more within my budget. I like that they take expired 20% off coupons that I keep shoved in the bottom of my purse. Service is always friendly.
