This is the worst Denny’s I’ve ever been too and I’ve been going to Denny’s since I was a kid. They said there under staffed but looks like this is a on going issue from the look of the other comments. Kind of seems corporate just left this Denny’s to sit and burn. They took too long to get our order so we just got up and left to go eat somewhere else. Will not be coming to this Denny’s anymore.

Wow. If you like long table service than this place is for you. 20 plus mins and our server sends someone else to get our order. Please!!! Next time we’re going to save mart to get donuts. One unhappy camper here !!

Rude rude rude staff. Inattentive and dismissive. Management clearly didn’t care for their wait staff at all as they had to buss their own tables. The food was as expected from Denny’s. Took forever to get service for even a glass of water or a coffee. Really terrible.

This Denny’s is the worse Denny’s I have ever been to. Service was slow 25 minutes to get order in and another 40 minutes to get cold hard scrambled eggs and sausage. It was not the 1 waitress fault who had to also bust tables and she still had a smiling face. What is wrong with management this place should be CLOSED down.

I am sitting here with my husband and a friend. We were seated 15 minutes ago. We have yet to even see a glass of water. I actually called the front desk and asked where our waitress was. We waited another 7 minutes until she showed up. now waiting for food. 20 minutes. Food was your normal Dennys fair, but not great. Now waiting for the bill. Its Dennys what can you expect. Just a note, the manager has put all the staged photos of food on Unilocal.I have yet to get one of those dishes placed on my table that looks like his staged photos its always wonky and one time I ordered the Chicken Avocado Salad and received chicken that was tough and there was no Avocado, how can you have a salad with Avocado in the name and receive no Avocado?

Interior looks like i-Hop, booths look like that of a Taco Bell. Service a slow, they were low on staff. Burger was Juicy and delicious. I always love Denny’s burgers but this Denny’s had a problem with it’s burger. I found a red, I assume blood stained bone pebble in my burger, other than that it was delicious just had to wait behind another customer who happens to be waiting to pay. Honestly the server was busy, they were severely understaffed.

The first time I went here it was eh, it seems like it’s not getting any better! I am looking at all the positive reviews from a year to two years ago and like I said it’s not getting better. I think the problem is that they are short on staff and need to really clean up the place because it really scares me to think how my food is being handled by the looks of the filthy place. My brother and I went to have a light dinner over there last night and this is what was served to me. Looks nothing like the picture lol I’ll reiterate myself, you need more diligent workers! The only highlight was the one sweet lady serving me and trying to serve the 20 other people.

I love Denny’s but this has to be the worst Denny’s I’ve ever been to. The first time I went to this Denny’s, it was ehh. We had a big group and we were seated in the side room and it was cold but tolerable. The service was meh, always checking on us but the food was cold. We ordered a breakfast skillet and it wasn’t sizzling like it normally is. The second time we went wasn’t any better. We had our big group again and needed to be seated in the side room. It was cold in there. They didn’t have any heaters on compared to the first time. They left messy tables near us and sadly were sold out of their animal kids cups(my son really wanted one). The server wasn’t that friendly either. The third time was the worse. We came as a big group of 11 and once we walked in, we noticed the hostess was sick. You can tell she wasn’t feeling well. She was shivering in her thick jacket and whispered to us asking how much in our party. Yuck! Stay home if you’re sick! She sat us down and threw our menus on the table without saying a word. The side room was a bigger mess and the room was coldest I felt. We sat down and waited. We wanted to place our order for drinks but the server wasn’t of any service. We asked her to take our drink order and she said she thought we wanted to wait for our last guest and was ready to walk away from us. We stopped her and told her to just take our order. She was giving us a bit of an attitude and told us that she was by herself. So we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. To sum it all up: Bad Service, Okay food.

Five stars for excellent service from Elizabeth! She’s always super friendly and fast, but never makes you feel rushed to order. I was impressed that she remembered to bring me coffee after only waiting on me one time! I work nights so it’s hard to find a sit down place to eat at 3am. I rarely went to Denny’s before, but I’ve stopped in every night after work thanks to the awesome service! Thanks Elizabeth, you rock! The only complaint has nothing to do with the service or the food. The heater has been broken the past few times I’ve gone in and it’s absolutely FREEZING in the restaurant! Management please, PLEASE have the heater repaired so your guests and employees don’t have to suffer! I can’t believe nothing has been done to resolve the issue! I cranked the heat on in my car as soon as I left, and even with my 20 minute drive home, my toes are still ice cold! Hopefully on my next visit I’ll walk in to a nice warm restaurant instead of what feels like an ice box!

Wednesday’s are Potato Soup days!(Also Thursday’s) I love their loaded potato soup. Lots of bacon and cheese(no sour cream for me though). I work nearby so I come by often and the ladies are always friendly and give excellent service.

To be completely honest with you, had I not been in a good mood that morning i would’ve given this place 1 star. I can see that they’re trying, and there was nothing wrong with the food. But at some point they will have to reckon with all these negative reviews and fix things. I’m talking about the grand total of 3 people working the front of the restaurant on a Saturday morning. On 4th of July weekend even. One cashier/hostess. One waitress. One busboy. For the entire restaurant. I would’ve spoken to the manager, but whoever that was was nowhere to be found. When I complained to the cashier/hostess about the waitress not having come by to take our order after 15 minutes, she apologized. The waitress apologized too, but still seemed rushed. Of course she was. She was the only waitress working the floor! Food-wise the breakfast was on par with other Denny’s I’ve dined in. Fact is the chicken fried steak I ordered was crispy and delicious. Such a shame that bad service would ruin the entire dining experience. Perhaps management doesn’t get it because this location benefits from its location(right next to a motel and just off the freeway), and there’s enough volume to make up for a lack of repeat business. But if they were at all interested in making this franchise at least be on par with other Denny’s I’ve been to, then they should work on their service problems.

Our food was okay I mean, it’s dennys. Right? However the bacon had a burnt taste, like it had been sitting in a pan that was too hot. I couldn’t eat it. The rest of our food was good though. However, I found it strange that the dishwasher brought a 6 gallon bucket of soapy water to the entryway and dumped it(to do a deck scrub) during busy hours. People walked in to 2 inches of water. Also, our server was a senior server… yelling across the restaurant to seat her quality tables amd fast. She was only concerned with turning tables, not refilling our drinks or ever checking on us once. It was embarassing and reminded me why I’m not a server anymore. She was a table hog. And it annoyed me.

where to begin the place was clean it took forever to get a seat and there was no one in the restaurant the waitress was quick to anger I was seated before one family and she skipped me and went there first I was looking for a bathroom she quickly replied I’ll get to you a minute I was thinking wow this is going to be an experience went to the bathroom it was in very bad shape, music was way to loud had to yell I order the pot roast it was the worst I ever had way to salty and warm later I found out that they had a shortage of help. these issues are a sign of a bad manager

The guy who sat us was really nice. He let us move two times before finally choosing our seat! Food is ok – we didn’t order any meals. We had a diet coke, water, and shared a chocolate peanut butter shake. :) Our Waitress Katherine was super cute and very helpful!
