Slow service. Waited 10 minutes for happy hour, then they wouldn’t honor happy hour. Will not be back

The parking lot at this place is a nightmare. The space inside the shop is terrible. And they allow everyone in with their dogs, carriages, wagons, you name it. The set up to wait on line is narrow. People crisscross and there is only room for a few people to be on line. When it is crowded the line goes outside, with the door held open. There are many other Starbucks nearby. I use this one when I need to be near the shore, otherwise, pass. Also, the outside seating is limited, since they let anyone sit there for hours, without a coffee. Besides, the seating is right on the sidewalk, only a few feet from the curb. Tables and chairs are never cleaned…

A myriad of out of work actors and HVAC workers stream in and out during the day. I experienced one of the more confounding works of stupidity recently when a pea-brained Starbucks employee took a broom and started sweeping the dust out of the small piece of carpet near the front door inside of the building. When he swept near the tables, you could see all the dust being strewn up in the air, only to be inhaled by the unfortunate patrons slaving away on their computers. The smell of dust permeated the place for hours after. Think a better way to do this, would be to do this at the end of the night near closing time, or use some sort of electric device to get the dirt up, not simply sweep it into the air and ultimately into our lungs. Thanks dude, don’t quit yer day job, would not want you working at Hughes on the next generation drone.

Inventory NOT reliable with Mobile Order and Pay. Don’t even bother. Apparently no one at this location wants to take morning inventory of items that are NOT drink items. It’s a waste of time to go through the steps of Mobile Order and Pay. – unless you want to pay for something and go in to waste time getting a refund on your card. So much for convenience!

Very crowded during the early mornings, hard to find a spot to use WiFi, due to business of area, parking is hard to obtain during busy time. Its Starbuck, not very good coffee, but some love starbucks brand.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks, so I have nothing but love for this spot. Parking: nonexistent. Let me explain: there’s a parking lot but it’s always full. Unless you plan on coming late afternoon or first thing in the morning, plan on spending a good 10 mins searching for parking. Pro tip: find street parking then walk, it’s beautiful around the marina anyways. The cashiers are always so friendly and baristas work pretty fast. I’ve never had an issue. I love their snack selection too. Always fresh-their mini bites are delicious.

Our lattes had absolutely no foam, and one had requested extra foam. I said, screw it, I’ll just drink mine like this because I didn’t want to waste more time here(not a good atmosphere here) but my friend decided to have the barista(he should not be entitled to that because he is not one) make her a new one. This time it came back with soy milk. I couldn’t believe it. She had to get back in line and the cash register lady was so rude. What a bad Sunday afternoon coffee experience. The good that came out of it is now my friend believes me that Peet’s is better, and that’s where we’ll be going from now on. Like I had originally suggested ;)

I ordered a mocha latte, they gave me a peppermint latte… I’m allergic to peppermint. Spent 15 min puking in the Starbucks bathroom and was sick the rest of the day continuing to puke it up. They remade it and gave it to me cold. I threw it away and gave up. How they got peppermint from mocha I do not know but that’s a big thing to mess up for someone like me.

This is one of the busier Starbucks in the area. Take advantage of theirr mobile app to order & pay ahead of time, and have your food waiting for you when you arrive. Lines here can get very long during prime time.

Really great place with high-end service. The employees are full of energy and has a big smile(makes your morning a lot better), store has huge space, ambience is nice and cozy, and drinks are good. I got iced cappuccino tall and I’m completely satisfied with it!

I only come to this location because it is close to work. The staff for the most part are rude or show little interest in helping you. I have seen them argue with each other, complain about the equipment, or working in general. There is always a line regardless of what time you come. Even if there are several employees in view only 1 – 2 are clearly doing their part to help with the line.

Best Starbucks I have ever been to in LA. Nice environment. Never loud. Good for book reading and programming. Where after-work happens haha.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks because the staff here are so nice. Walter, Pete, and Babs are so helpful. They are very good about remembering my order. This Starbucks has a pretty large seating area and is very clean. Everyone here definitely makes you feel very welcomed.

Nice location I like to stop at when in the area. Located in a small shopping plaza right across the marina. Always long lines all day at this location. Line moves fairly quickly though. Always happy and cheerful staff. Not an place you can hangout at just because all the seats are packed with people studying on their computers. Even the seats in the far back are usually full as well. This plaza in general is full with people. Especially on the weekends. Lots of people enjoying lunch with their kids and dogs. To ensure you snag a seat you should come before 11am at least.

They have great service and a really nice ambiance at this location. This Starbucks is situated in a really small and quaint open mall across of the Marina. Always a crowd here. Line is always very long so prepare for a wait. Occasionally if there’s a seat available, I will stay to enjoy my drink and check some emails on my ipad. Fyi, this is not a good place to surf the internet. The internet is very slow. I can’t even open a page here. They definitely don’t want people staying here to work all day. This is not the cleanest location to go to. There are dogs constantly coming in and out of this place. The bathroom is also pretty bad. Twice I found puddles of water and dirt right under the toilet. Gross!

Really slow service. 5 or 6 staff behind the counter and it still takes 15 minutes to get your drink. I tried to come here to get a little it of work done, but to no avail. The wifi is so bad, it’s taken me 30 mins just to write this review!

The parking at this«upmarket» strip mall is a nightmare. So for that reason alone, it’s worth it to go to any one of the dozen of other Starbucks in the MDR area. If you manage to find a parking spot, this place has both indoor and outdoor seating, but it’s always bustling and not a good place to have a meeting or try to get any work done — if you’re that type of coffee shop worker.

I really like this starbucks spot. It’s a great place to work, natural lighting, ample parking and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby if you want to grab a meal or run errands. However I give it 3 stars because the wifi speed is so slow, if there is more than 4 wifi users the speed drops to a zombie like speed, it’s so slow you forget what you were searching for in the first place. This would be a great place to study and get work done, but starbucks you gotta fix this issue, you Can totally do better. Wifi is the name of the game everyone’s got some kind of wifi-using device. My favorite drink here that’s is highly recommend in a junk day is the coffee flavored Frappuccino it’s delicious!

I love this Starbucks. I go here all the time because 1. It’s close to where I live 2. It’s in a plaza that has a grocery store, the bank, and the post office. You can get a lot of things done with a one drive. They’ve always gotten my coffee drink on point and though it’s always crowded, I’ve always manage to find somewhere to sit. The lines are long do come prepare. I’ve seen people grab seats before they get their coffee because lines are super long. I actually use my Starbucks name«Jorda» whose also my one of my friends Starbucks name too because apparently every time I come. I’ve gotten a lot of amy, Annie, Anne, Anna. So I’m Jorda now.

Ugh i’m torn about this Starbucks because I love the location! The line is almost always long. Although the baristas are very attentive and always get my drink right. it’s a pretty big location. In the morning it’s packed with the business types and the gym buffs after their workout. It’s nice for me because it’s a short bike ride here and back home. get a workout before my coffee and a nice ride on the way back. This shopping center has great places to eat as well as shop. There is a white house, black market, a pinkberry, ralphs, CPK, The counter and a bunch of other stores as well.
