Chef Gil did a graduation party for my sister for about 65 people. It was a surprise, so we had to do the planning on the low down. Chef Gill was great with all the secrecy and communication. There were allot of instructions for this party, so we needed somebody who was detail oriented.
The food was fantastic. Everybody raved about the Thai Chicken and since it was allot of women at the party we had like 5 different types of salads that they were able to come up with. It was easy and tons of fun. Can’t wait till I need them next, thank you Chef Gil — I can’t just thank enough. .

I recently hired Gill for a client event that I hosted with the theme of a Gentleman’s Club– tailored shirts, whiskey tasting, shoe shines, haircuts, and our professionally prepared dishes from Gill.
This evening was by far our most successful event to date and this was in large part due to the amazing food and hosting that Gill provided. He went above and beyond our expectations– from preparing and printing a perfect menu with a diverse selection of finger foods/platters/deserts, beautiful presentation, DELICIOUS food, interacting with clients, clean-up…everything was perfect!
I highly recommend Gill for events large or small, fun or professional– he works with you to make sure that he delivers just the right experience you are looking for.
