Zaxby’s

This place is close to me but it is very very slow. They need help managing their line. Ask prolonged orders to pull forward. I feel like every other time I come here they mess up my order. Last night I ordered the Kicken Chicken and its like I was targeted, it was wwwaaaaaay over spiced, it was like bathed in Sirichia. I am writing this review from the bathroom actually. I feel like this place has gone down hill. I have ordered this many times. I want to like this location but I bet I could drive to Chickfila and come back and I would still be in line.

Absolutely love this location, everything is hot and done quickly! I come here fairly often and its the greatest youngest staff i’ve come to know. Theyre very enthusiastic and friendly! The food is always hot and delicious too. Im a wings and things kinda girl although they do offer other meal choices! Be sure to grab a groupon if you love zaxbys itll definitely be worth your while!

They mess something up here every time. This time it was a kids box of fries with 8 fries.

I will never visit this location again. Their soda machine was broken, so we had to wait… and wait, till there was 12 people with food but no drinks. No apology, no compensation. So now I can’t get the drink I paid for ?
Everyone had paid for their food and the food was ice cold by the time they got the machine working. If they hand out gift cards or do anything at all for the inconvenience? No again

Very disgusting. First off, the girl helping me had her hair down and long nails. Very unprofessional in the food industry. They also gave me food with hair in it. I called back to speak to a manager (I got my order to go) and they didn’t even put me on hold. I could hear the conversations between the workers. When the manager finally spoke to me, he didn’t offer to compensate me for my food. Instead, he hung up. I’m not EVER going back to this location. I’ll go to the one near the hospital instead.

Zaxbys is the best!!! The food is always good and the service is too. I love to come here to get my chicken ‘fix’. The fries are delicious too! The house salad is my favorite. It makes me feel like I’m eating healthy

This location is always super slow and Have gotten the orders wrong on several occasions. I like Zaxby’s but unfortunately this location is closer to my house. I tend opt for going to the location farther away just for the service. The food is consistent when you get what you ordered.

I normally love the zaxby’s franchise but this time the chicken tenders tasted over fried and this is the third time I can recall the prices going up. This place is very hit or miss.

Oh Zaxby’s. I have a love hate relationship with you because your buffalo chicken salad and well-​seasoned fries are so good, but I really need to explore other options. I generally dislike chains, but you are a great example of why they exist. See I just moved to this area and have been trying all types of new restaurants and when they disappoint you come to my rescue (like tonight). Keep doing what you’re doing.

Can’t give zero unfortunately. Every time I come to this Zaxby’s there is a 20 min wait in the drive through line. There is a Zaxby’s on Sandy Plains that is out of the way but will save gas, time and stress.

Zaxbys is always on hand to support our schools! Thanks! Tonight they got my order half wrong, my daughters nibbler’s meal was there but my barbecue wings had become a salad. I was REALLY hungry and the drive thru had been long, I called to explain and whoever answered the phone, can’t recall the name but he was an African American manager between 9:00 — 9:30 at night March 30 2015, and he was wonderful. He took my name and I when I came up to replace the salad with wings he not only gave me my wings but an extra nibbler’s meal! I was so hungry at the time I noticed there were two boxes in the bag but could not process the info at the time. Point is, a good business is measured how mistakes are handled! And that man handled it well! Thanks!

I LOVE ZAXBYS!!! I came to Atlanta from MD and this became easily one of my absolute favorites. I always get the kickin chicken sandwich, soooo good!
Wonder if they will extend up to MD because everyone back home is missing out.

They got my order wrong as usual. .waited in drive thru for my replacement another 5 min. .when I get home my cobb salad is wet and my bread soggy. .so gross, unprofessional and down right disgusting! Forgot they just built a new one around the corner will never return to lower roswell store! And they wonder why chick fil la is ahead of the game..

Arrived at 13:10 — food delivered at 13:28 Took 18 minutes to get a fried chicken house zalad and a big zax snak meal. There were a few people waiting but not crowded. Kitchen appeared fully staffed. Not sure what was up but this place is usually much better than this.

We came here since this is what my daughter chose for her birthday. We don’t have a Zaxby’s where we live and she misses it. The food was decent, but not fabulous. We had a party of 9 that included 3 kids. Everyone was able to find something they like. The choices of sides were enough for everyone to choose something to eat and we shared. I loved the onion rings and the hush puppies the best. My daughter has braces, so she was glad boneless wings and chicken tenders were offered.

They no longer offer a side of onion rings… so I pretty much have no need to frequent them… I can get fries anywhere and everywhere else, so I rounded down… But the following review is from when they offered a side of onion rings…
Is it strange that I frequent another chicken fast food restaurant to get fries… I mean there’s no french fry only fast food joint near me soooo beggars cant be choosers now can they…
Service is fine for going through the drive thru… I’ve never come across anyone rude, just folks doing their job.
I can only speak for the fries and onion rings that I get from time to time. The fries are fine when they’re seasoned well and not over cooked. The onion rings are fine as well especially when they’re not over cooked. When they’re over cooked its not a pleasant eating experience. But most of the time, the items are cooked fine.
I would say this Zaxby’s is about a 2.5 so I rounded up… But I tell you if Chik fil-​a ever gets onion rings… I’d divorce Zaxby’s in a heart beat…

We love the options for good food fast here at our local neighborhood Zaxby’s. The staff are always friendly and nice. The food options can be as healthy as you want or tradtional fried eats.

I usually order the Zaxby’s Club or the House Salad with grilled chicken with the Mediterranean dressing which is their version of Italian dressing. Both are delicious. The Zaxby’s club comes with bacon, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and I think something else, with fries on the side, and a slice of pickle. The bread on the club is nicely toasted and buttered making the rest of the sandwich just that much tastier.
Definitely worth a try! Can never go wrong with their food!

Zaxby’s is a small step-​up from a typical fast food chain. As the brand logo would suggest, the restaurant specializes in chicken (mostly of the fried variety). The popular items are their chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches served between slices of Texas toast, salads («zalads» as they like to call them), and wings. Orders are served on plastic disposable plates that have sections designed for sides, which include their crinkle-​cut fries, cole slaw, fried pickles, and onion rings.
Zaxby’s is also known for their Zax Sauce, which is a light-​brown sauce made mostly of ketchup and mayonnaise. It tastes great and goes with almost anything you can order here, especially the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are also seasoned with Cajun seasoning, giving them a little extra kick. I must admit, the food here can be quite tasty, but it’s because everything is packed with sodium and grease. Each slice of Texas toast is soaked with butter.
This location has a single-​file line which leads to two registers. You place your order and then wait for your number to be called. Condiments are located next to the cash register as is the drink fountain. You have to ask for the Zax Sauce though and it can cost extra if it does not come with your meal. Plenty of seating, mostly clean, and good service.
