Chick-fil-A

I live less than 2 minutes away from this location, so I frequently go there more than I should. Most of you probably have been to Chick-​fil-​A before. You know their selling point is customer service. You get better service here for free than you do for sit down restaurants where you have an actual server. It’s what every fast food place should strive to be.
Food wise, here are my regulars:
— Chick-​fil-​A Sandwich: the quintessential fried (in peanut sauce) chicken sandwich, a pickle or two, surrounded by a soft, toasty, buttered bun.
— Chicken Nuggets/​Tenders: if you want to skip the buns and get more meat. Good dipping sauce options include honey mustard, Polynesian, and Chick-​fil-​A sauce.
— Waffle Fries: some of the best fast food fries, never too salty or too greasy.
— Cookies and Cream milkshake: so much diabetes-​inducing sugary goodness. Sometimes a little too thick to drink right away. Be careful, you may be burdened by regret after you finish a large serving all by yourself.
— Sweet Tea: probably the best made kind in fast food.
— Iced Coffee: a simple mix if their coffee, 2% milk, and cane sugar. Surprisingly good enough for me to pass up Starbucks sometimes.
In general, the quality of the food is definitely worth the extra few bucks you’ll spend here. There’s no dollar menu here because they don’t need to do it. You know people will always come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because of the superior eating experience. The service at this particular location has been great every time. Even during busy hours, you’ll still be treated with respect from the staff. I’m more of a drive-​thru guy, and they can move at a surprsingly fast rate even during peak hours.
Sure, they’re not open on Sundays, but some of the best restaurants I’ve been to will also close once a week. The hard working people certainly deserve a day off.

Never been to a bad Chick-​fil-​A. Service and food is always consistently good, even when they’re crowded.

Do you dream of Ice Cream? Well you should try CFA’s Icedream. They have the best soft serve EVER and its pretty consistent at all the CFAs. Don’t forget a chocolate chip cookie to eat with your icedream. The cookies are warm and melting, perfect with the icedream.
So you want actual food? You can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu. Just make sure you order something with their signature chicken.
This CFA is smack dab in the middle of East Cobb so it’s usually packed with kids and the drive-​thru gets pretty long.

I love Chick-​fil-​A.
There are three about the same distance from my house. I go to this one because it’s the best of the three.
The Owner Operator, Chris Darley, is super awesome! He and his staff make everyone that walks in the door feel welcome! And, they’re always in a super-​cheerful mood, even if it’s raining outside!
Best part? Everything on the menu can be ordered in a grilled variety for folks who want a sightly different take on their meal! And, let’s not forget all the special events they hold from Pirates and Princesses to Spirit Nights!

Great location. I am a CFA fan and can honestly say that this is a spectacular operation. Chris Darley, the Operator, truly cares about people… his team and his customers. Consistently great food and service. Keep it up!

I love this Chick-​fil-​A. Super nice people and super friendly service. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!
The playground and bathrooms are clean.
Super fast drive through.
Always smiling faces and helpful people. Sure it costs a little more but I never feel off after eating here vs the other fast food places down the road.

A local school has fundraisers here every few months. The employees are the most friendly and always have kind words and are asking if you need refills. I love the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich.

The only reason I hit this location was due to the fact it was on the way to a workout — I’m rarely up this way. Figuring it was bad to eat fast food before a hard workout, I went with the grilled chicken wrap.
They did a good job in the drive thru; nothing smushed, the order was correct and they were pretty speedy. The young woman who helped us was super polite, friendly and not overly so.
I’d hit up this location again if the opportunity presented itself. And you can’t go wrong with waffle fries, right?

If you are what you eat, then I fear I am turning into one giant ass french fry… When I crave fries, I pop up at Chick-Fil-A…and I’m always craving fries.
I like this location because it’s easy to get in and out of and it’s not like some other death trap Chick-​Fil-​As, where you may get into the location, but getting out is like squeezing water from a rock (not these rocks in GA… they contain water) but you get my drift… Go to the light to get in or out, don’t turn into the wrong lane (I’ve seen it done and hoped no one turned in before the light changed) and just watch out for the people leaving the apartments behind the shopping area and you’ll be a-​ok.
I only go through the drive-​thru and I’ve never experienced any bad service, I might’ve gotten 1 or 2 cold fries at like 9:30 at night but 2 out of 20 isn’t bad at all… So overall it’s a good Chick-​Fil-​A, good drive-​thru service, and as usual yummy fries… And if I do happen to turn into a french fry… I’m definitely going to be waffle shaped

As most Chic-fil-a’s are, the service at this location is great. Excellent food if you like Chic-​fil-​a in general and as far as I know they still accept expired coupons unlike some other locations.

Chick-​Fil-​A restaurants have the BEST customer service of any fast food chain hands down. Most of the Chicks i have been to have employees that seem to genuinly like and enjoy their jobs and this location is no exception. I went through the drive through to order and i could tell they were slammed but i noticed everyone seemed to be having a good time. They were all smiling and laughing and just having fun in general. It was «cow appreciation» day and the customers were dressed up in zany getups. ALL their sandwiches are awesome. I’ve never had a bad sandwich from Chicks and their cole slaw is the best. So why only the 3 stars. Their fries or «waffle fries» as they are called. They are absolutely terrible. Absolutely no flavor or seasoning at all. They wallow in a terrible pit of mediocrity. Chicks has done alot to introduce new sandwiches and the like to their menu so there is absolutely no reason to keep the fries so pathetic and tasteless. Their «fries» have always been like that ever since i first ate a Chicks about 20 or so odd years ago. Chicks could be a 5 star fast food chain but not with fries like they currently, and what apears to be infinitely, have… I’m editing my review to bump Chick-​Fil-​A up to five stars. I like their french fries now. :)

Fast, delicious, and convenient. The staff is very friendly and competent. The restaurant itself is incredibly clean.
Get an Arnold Palmer. Chik-​Fil-​A makes the greatest Arnold Palmers I’ve ever had.

I think all Chick-​fil-​A locations are pretty much the same.
1. SUPER friendly staff
2. Food is delivered quickly
3. Restaurant is immaculately clean
And all this, no matter how busy the place is. The staff at Chick-​fil-​A restaurants really go above and beyond. They are always there to ask if you want refills on your drink, take your trash away if they see you’re hanging around, and one time, there was even a guy with an umbrella walking customers to their cars while it was raining. Like. wow! Lol.
This location is a little different though. They have a recycling center instead of just trash cans. They have pictures above each can to tell you where to put everything. Going green, eh? That’s never a bad thing!

Now it is a bit odd to review a fast food restaurant… But they deserve the high marks because their service is impeccable.
We have lived in this area for 3 years and I will drive out of my way to come here for food.
The people are so incredibly nice and friendly.
The food has always been great.
The manager here really steps up and cares for his customers.
I was once in line and a lady in front of me was freaking out because she couldn’t find her card to pay for her kids meals. I was going to be a good Samaritan and cover her $ 7 total, but the manager came over immediately. Told the woman not to worry, that this time the food was on the house. She was so relieved. I thought that was such a sweet gesture and spoke volumes to the character of these people!

My coworkers and I hit up this Chick-​fil-​A location often for lunch. It’s one of the better Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to. Service can actually be too good here. When the store isn’t busy, the employees bring your food out to you (on a tray of course). I also can’t tell you how many times a manager or other employee stopped by our table asking us if we needed anything, including condiments, drink refills, and having our trays taken away when we’re finished eating. There have been times where, even when we were walking out the door to leave, we were still asked if we wanted refills (presumably to go). Very nice of them, but it got to the point where it became annoying.
One of my coworkers once won a free meal here because he was the 300^th (?) customer in line. Had we known he was going to win, we would’ve just had him buy all of our meals too! This Chick-​fil-​A is medium-​sized, has a play pen for the kiddies, and doesn’t get as busy as the other nearby Chick-​fil-​A locations on Cobb Parkway and Windy Hill — this location gets busy, those locations get very busy. Ever since the spicy chicken sandwich came out last summer, I’ve mostly been ordering that. This is my go-​to Chickfila. I stop here at least once a week for breakfast on the way to work. The staff is always friendly and very fast. I’ve even gotten to know one of the guys at the drive-​thru. I’m writing this review now because this is where I tried the infamous spicy chicken biscuit. I signed up on the webpage and easily got it through the drive-​thru. The store manager was even there to serve it to me! The taste was delicious, much better than the spicy chicken sandwich in my opinion. The spicy taste just goes so well with the fluffy biscuits. This chickfila does a great job with consistency, my favorite, the chick-​n-​minis are always perfect. I find them to be hit or miss at other locations. Great location on Roswell Rd. on the way to I-​75. Stop in here for some great sweet tea and chicken!

My go to chick-​fila… I just thought I would review them as their customer service is the best I’ve had! Not to mention I live within walking distance of this location, which makes it even more awesome! Whether I need my sweet tea or lemonade fix they are always there for me! And a reminder to sign up on their website for the debut of the spicy chicken sandwich… for free!

Love this place! Sure Chick-​fil-​a is Chick-​fil-​a, right? Nope!!! This one is great, the people are super friendly. The Employees even come out to your table when they don’t have a huge line to see if you need refills and take your trash away. I was blown away by the courtesy here. The kids had a great time too.
Their food is always fresh and hot. I have never had to get a remake on anything and always leave happy. If you like Chick-​fil-​a you should try this place!
