Wireless Circuit Metro Pcs Authorized Dealer

This place is garbage. I wanted a new phone so I went to the first metro PCS sign i saw cause I’m a free spirit to buy a phone. Her work area is a mess I should of left then but i was tired and already there. she had to reconnect her credit card wires cause they were out of wack just like her store another reason i should have left. she runs my card OK I’m thinking cool go home its all good … NOT
Tell me why is the purchase on my card twice … why … why
all i need from the lady to correct the situation with my card is a letter with her company stationary on it … guess what yall
She dont know or have stationary with the company name on it … she tells me on the phone after saying she is closed, its 5pm and i know she close at 7
if i wasnt a Christian cause i dont have a record… boy
