The staff has been completely redeveloped. The previous manager and her employees were nothing but rude discourteous and aggressive when you spoke to them. The new manager and her employees are so good that when I came in there were other people that even resignation did with what I said about me having even said it directly to them. I am perfectly OK coming back to this location knowing that I am being taken care of and that my pockets are just trying to be manipulated to let go of more money. Regardless of who you speak to you will be treated in a professional manner one which I think needs to be emulated in other businesses it is such an amazing experience. Will I be back you better believe it or not I have no problem walking through the door knowing that I’ll be taken care of.

This is more of a retail location so if you are looking for full service, you won’t find it here. You will have to go to a main Verizon store. If you need merchandise (chargers, cell phones, etc) the staff will assist you. Since it is not a full service location, you can get in and out fairly quickly for retail purchases.
