This business is HORRIBLE! I bought a Living Social deal with them and thought I’d give them a try. There’s 2 options for contact: Phone or Online(Email). Phone: I tried calling their number from about 3 or 4 phones, just to give them the benefit of the doubt. I never got an answer. It ALWAYS goes into voice mail; the voice mail greeting doesn’t even have the name of the person or company that is tied to the number. Online(email): I go to the on-line site and it guided me through a few questions on what I wanted done and which dates I needed to check scheduling on. On the notes box, I let them know I had bought a voucher for their services and that I’d like to schedule an appointment and click on the 3 days I would prefer. A week went by and no answer. The day before the 1st day I had chosen as available, I get an email in the afternoon saying that my appointment had been confirmed. That was the 1st red flag! I reply to the email by clicking the re-schedule button button but I never get an answer, so I decide to stay home for the original appointment just in case they never saw the re-scheduling email. THEYNEVERWENT! I called them 4 times that week to re-schedule, left 3 voice-mails, went through the whole online process again and NOTHING… NO answer what-so-ever. A few days later, I get an email from Living Social stating that the vendor had marked my voucher as used and that they wanted feedback on the services provided. I had to call them up and let them know what is going on. I’m still waiting on an answer on if I will get a refund or not because they are trying to reach the vendor. Awful experience. I had an appointment for my floors to be cleaned and polished. I removed all of my furniture. And no one showed up. I tried to contact someone numerous times. No one called back. LivingSocial was also useless. They refused to give me a refund. 3 weeks later I received a phone call from Anthony apologizing and promising to be at my house the next day at 12. He did not show and I called him at 1. He called me back a couple hours later saying he was on his way. Awful company. DONOTUSE.

Worst business ever. I bought a livingsocial for this business, and I went through every method possible to try to contact them through the site listed on the voucher. I ended up tracking down the corporate office and speaking with Anthony. He scheduled an appointment for me, but the appointment time came and went, and no one showed or called. I spoke with Anthony that afternoon, and he said he’d call me right back but never did. I left a message, and he didn’t return the call. I moved all of my furniture and scheduled around them for no reason. What an inconvenience! I just left another message with the number listed on this site. We’ll see if I get a call back.
