Our experience with American Decorative Concrete has been very disappointing. We hired them to complete our patio in our backyard and while I will admit they were nice guys, it doesn’t make up for the fact that communication has been extremely poor and, less than 8 months after our patio was installed, it started to crack, chip, and now an approximately 6 inch by 2.5 inch chunk has completely fallen off. I understand that cracks are to be expected, but not ones that go from top to bottom and cause pieces of it to fall off, especially less than a year after installation. I did get a call that they were going to fix it, but unfortunately that was 25 days ago and they haven’t called me since.
