Delicious, delicious and more delicious. I love their desserts. I’m particularly fond of their Egg Nog Cake that is a holiday favorite! My husband has a birthday coming up so I will contact Jamie to create something very special!

The cake in a jar is very good got white chocolate almond but it is very pricey. I probably wouldn’t have got it if I knew the price beforehand.

Wedding cake was the best cake i’ve ever had! my wife & i had an unbelievable cake for our wedding — two tiers, one peanut butter chocolate & the other vanilla almond (wedding cake flavor), if you ask — and our guests were in awe. Fast forward 1-​year later — we got the top tier out of the freezer, and it was STILL the best cake i’ve ever had!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a cake for a special occasion, and we will absolutely use Sugarplum soon.

I’m only giving three stars because when i came in to the shop i never saw a cupcake. They only had the jars on display. I did purchase 3 different jars. The lady did inform me that she had cupcakes in the back that just came out of the oven and she would frost them for me. I feel that it’s important to be able to see what you are purchasing before buying. However, the jars filled with cake and icing were delicious and i would return to purchase some of those.

Amazing! The individual jar cakes are moist & perfectly flavored. My daughter had chocolate/​chocolate. I had strawberry w/​lemon frosting. Oh my goodness! The cake decorator was in the middle of what appeared to be a masterpiece! I’ll definitely be returning. The cake & customer service ate not to be missed.

Their cakes are delicious!!! They’ve done cupcakes for my wedding reception and a birthday cake for my son’s 1^st birthday. Everyone raved about how yummy the cake was at the party and went back for more! Today I got cupcakes for my son’s 2^nd birthday and a couple «Put a Fork In It» just for fun. Great people and awesome customer service.

Sugarplum has done 10+ cakes for me over the last 4 years. Everything from wedding, to my son’s birthday cakes. We usually budget $ 500-​$ 700 for his cakes and I can honestly say, they’re amazing! We’ve even done some smaller budget ones and they came out awesome as well. I highly recommend them for all your pastry nom!

I’ve been a client and a huge fan of Sugar Plum Visions for almost 10 years. I’ve ordered specialty cakes along with cakes for no occasion, cupcakes, and Put A Fork in it (cake in a jar). The cake is ALWAYS moist and flavourful. The frosting… well I could eat it by the spoonful! Delish!!! Sugar Plum Visions is the only place I buy cakes from. Their consistent quality and friendly service make the experience almost as sweet as their cake!

Well where to start… I got a cartoon version of an elegant cake for my husbands retirement party! When I went to pick it up not only was the color of his rank wrong so was the actual rank insignia. Photos as well as actual rank were provided. I told them it was wrong and they quickly tried to fix it. Needless to say when she was done it looked like my 9 yr old did the work. There were dents and fingerprints all over the cake. We told them it was unacceptable and they needed to fix it appropriately and deliver it. It was fixed as good as it could be but it was still very armature looking with dints, cracked fondant and like I said it looked very cartoon like. However I did have a cake to serve. We cut into it at the party only to find it was filled with the wrong icing! It did taste good. However @ this point it was too much! I contacted the owner and she refunded a small portion of my money after arguing that I had changed my mind about the icing.,.who orders a yellow cake with vanilla icing when paying as much money as a wedding cake? I would never do business here again! There were others in her bakery that morning with complaints as well… she obviously doesn’t inspect her product before it goes out the door. Stay away… she said I was ordering a wedding style cake… that is not what I got:-(

I ordered a cake for a baby shower. It was safari themed, 2 layers (one chocolate and one vanilla). The used fondant on the outside and did an incredible job decorating. The price was what I would expect for the amount of work that was done on the cake. There were quite a bit of details in the animals that were made and put on it. My only annoyance was the fact that they couldn’t make a checkered cake like my friend had requested and it was a bit of a drive (the distance is not anything they can help of course). Overall, I would say I would recommend them. The staff was friendly and even had someone carry it to my car that was parked several blocks away (town event going on that caused roads to be blocked off).
