After having our Koi pond up and running for 2 years now. It’s a delight! The finished product turned out beautiful!

Worst experience of my life. Chuck Crisp is, by far, the rudest individual I have ever met. Trying to buy something at his retail store and work with him was an absolute nightmare. I have never written a review on a company before but I had to to let everyone else know to avoid this place in case you might have to deal with Crisp. I had shopped there several times and during those times, the employees were nice and helpful. However, on my last visit, I had to deal with Crisp and his obnoxious, condescending attitude was a shock. I had never had anyone treat me like that. I would never step foot in that store again. I’m actually surprised he is still in business.

Worst behaving owner i’ve ever dealt with and coming from an general contractor completing over 10 million annually, thats a big statement. After demanding payment within 7 days of completion, the owner Chuck had the nerve to copy my client on private emails between him and I. Chuck had payment in hand within 12 days of service yet still showed up at my office acting a fool.
Do yourself a favor and find another pond guy because Chuck seems like a crook and certainly acts like a fool.

We had Splendor come to our home to refurbish our Koi pod which needed stone work, plumbing and new equipment. Chuck and the team were great– they came multiple times to get the plan together, then the crew showed up as scheduled and worked extremely hard. They checked in with questions and made adjustments along the way. Overall– the mechanics and aesthetics are great and we couldn’t be happier.
