Synergy Landscape Group

My neighborhood just renewed Synergy for a 3^rd year despite them not having the lowest bid. To me, that speaks volumes on the quality of their work.
I’d say more, but I don’t know anything about landscaping beyond how to cut grass. I know every Friday though the place sure does look beautiful!

This group was referred to me for a large landscape project of tree/​shrub installation. I paid over $ 6500 for their work and 5 – 8 shrubs have already died in the last few months since installation. While I was initially told that they have no guarantee on their trees/​shrubs, I managed to get agreement that they would replace if unrelated to our care of watering. I sent 2 – 3 e-​mails Shaun requesting that he please take a look at these shrubs because I believe they were dead/​diseased and to please replace. He blew off our appointment 2 times and never heard back. Since, I have had a certified Arborist and plant professional evaluate ALL trees and shrubs and confirmed several were dead, among other gaffes in the installation (mulch spread over tree root, insufficient mulch to protect trees/​shrubs, burlap bags partially opened, etc.). I will now be spending more money to replace shrubs and redo their work. I regret not choosing another referred company that was a bit more money, but had a 1yr warranty on their plants/​shrubs.
