Southeast Tree removed a large dead/​dying oak from my property. Before even agreeing to use them, they secured a permit for me with no obligation. (Saving me what I can imagine would have been quite a hassle.) Access to the tree was severely limited, but the crew was able to drop the tree with minimal damage to the surrounding landscaping. Highly recommend this company for your difficult jobs!

Where do I start? They have damage my property and say that they’re coming and they do not show up. This company is a joke customer service is horrible. I suggest anyone who uses this company please be there to see what they’re doing. Eventually this will get fixed but its taking forever.

I’ve used this company several times for large jobs at both of my properties. They had a great price and they cleaned up our yard right away. Colin the crew & the office staff were great to work with. They do get busy, but that is a good indicator of there popularity. I recommend
to all of my co– workers and friends.

I needed a few old trees removed and trimmed away from my house, and Southeast Tree had the best quote, and excellent ratings, so I went with them. When they came out, they did a great job (on the work they did) but told me that they had to promptly end work at 6:00pm, and that they would be back the next day to finish the rest of the work– removal of another tree and lots more trimming of dead limbs, etc. This was in August. They never came back. When they didn’t show up, I called them back to find that the city hadn’t given them a permit to cut down the other tree; not their fault, but I was finally able to get the permit, and by then, SE Tree was impossible to get. I have since had two dates scheduled with them to come out, and they have been a no-​show both times. No call from them, they just didn’t show up.
I’m very frustrated with this situation, and have little time during my busy weeks to interview more tree services and get new quotes. One of the limbs they were supposed to trim has since fallen and broken my fence, which is something I was trying to avoid in obtaining their services. I understand the high ratings for actual service, but good luck getting them to show up!
