These guys were great. They were friendly and it felt personal. Like they actually knew me. And the price was great as well. A perfect moving experience.

Moving is stressful no matter if you move across the street or across the nation. I lived in Atlanta and just moved to Seattle. I contacted several of the large National moving companies and two local full-​service moving companies in Atlanta. (I’ll spare you my experiences related to those — just to get a quote). I was impressed right away by Ned and the customer service I received. Moving day came and my apartment complex gave me the first headache — do you know who helped me solve the problem? Ned and his driver, James. And when my second moving headache popped up, do you know who was there to help out? Ned and James — again. If you want customer service that is above and beyond what you’ve previously experienced, call them. Plus, my total costs were half of what a full-​service move would’ve cost. The Smartboxes are easy to load. Low-​profile. Three fit into a parking spot at my complex. On the Seattle side, I’ve been working with the corporate Smartbox company and they have been easy to talk to and are very helpful. If you want to reduce your moving stress, have the best moving experience possible, receive great customer service and meet two of some of the nicest people, call Ned. I already referred him to a friend that moved from ATL to California and she had a similar experience.

Fantastic rates and service! It’s the «SMART» thing to do! Ned was quick to answer any of my questions, he informed me with transparency of how smartbox worked, how their rates were assessed and what I could do on my part to best make use of their units when they were dropped off at a home. He is passionate about this company and I know that as long as I store with him my belongings will be safe, and easily accessible.

We had the pleasure of using @Smartbox for my her daughter apartment move. We had a one week gap from the time she was moving from @PostBrookhaven to a house in the Atlanta area. It was so nice that we didn’t have to rent a truck. @Smartbox was very affordable and provide us with a small unit to accomplish a one bedroom plus kitchen table and chairs move. What I liked about @smartbox was I didn’t have to rent a big @POD but one that would fit the needs of a small apartment. They delivered on time and picked up on time. It was a smooth and easy process. The way the @SmartBox opened give us more room at the top and we packed it to the top and used every inch of space. I will use them again.

Great, flexible way to move across country on the cheap!
SmartBox was my Atlanta affiliate of a move initiated in California with ZipCube. SmartBox was very easy to work with and were flexible on drop-​off and pick up dates. There was a water leak in my new place which required me to keep the SmartBoxes at my property for three weeks. Most other companies would have charged me, but SmartBox did not.
Finally, my driver James S. was very professional, accommodating, friendly and referred me to an awesome mover who unpacked my boxes at a great price.

SmartBox was a lifesaver during an extremely hectic time for me. While I wouldn’t recommend moving twice in four months (which is what I did) to anyone, Ned and his crew made the process as stress-​free as possible. Ambar Z. has it right about this Smartbox. I rented from them for five years until finally deciding to have my items shipped out to me in California. I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT NED. He was amazing. Great communication, recommended someone to help me with my move, was there through the whole process, even took pictures of the unit when it was opened and sent them to me. You can have complete faith that whatever items you need stored or shipped to you will be properly cared for here and that customer service will never let you down. 5 stars. Thank you Ned. Ned and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They received multiple shipments from various different cities and were able to organize drop offs for us– the whole time keeping track of everything that came in. They were also there from start to finish, helping us unload, unwrap and place where necessary. Overall, an amazing experience and would definitely use SMARTBOX again!
