I hired Richmond Tree Removal to remove a big tree in my front yard in DECEMBER. The agreement was to remove the tree and stump. It’s now JULY and I still have the stump in my front yard. I have called them once a month for the past seven months.
My experience — — hire someone else. They do not deliver on their promises!

We used Richmond Tree to remove a huge tree that fell in our backyard. Their quote came in the lowest (by far) and they did a fantastic job. The crew cleared the tree with a crane, removed all limbs and cleaned up any other debris. Honest and efficient company!
