Very dissatisfied! Told us he could do furnace and AC for under a certain price then the following day came back saying he couldn’t. When I had further questions he asked to speak to my husband. Doesn’t give exact figures, only gives «abouts.» When I asked to speak to his manager he said he’s the manager. He won’t let you talk to anyone above him. His card says service manager and email said CEO. I think the company only consists of Patrick Safford. I would definitely not recommend him and he has a problem working with women. Wouldn’t trust him.

Patrick did an outstanding job, at an excellent price. One of my compressors was not functioning (spinning but not dissipating heat). I consider myself a DIY guy, so I researched what it could be and how much it should cost. Patrick diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and had everything up and running in about an hour and a half. He took the time to explain to me how the system works and even showed me step by step what he was doing. If I wasn’t so nosey he would have probably be done in half the time.
Punctual, courteous, professional and honest.
I would not hesitate to call Pro Cool for any HVAC needs.

My heat went out last night and I tried calling some companies here in Atlanta but none could offer service. Called Pro cool and they were at my door step within one hour. They were fast, courteous and reasonably priced, I will be using them again. Thanks Pro cool!
