I ordered a couple of pizzas this past Saturday for pick up. When I got there I thought the business was closed as the windows were dark and there were only 2 cars outside. I then proceeded to drive pass the door and noticed that the lights were on. When I got inside I explained to them that they really need to take that tint or whatever they have on the windows down. It’s make the place look as if it’s closed and it’s not cool that you can’t see inside. I think more importantly for safety reasons — you would think the employees would want someone to be able to look inside just in case something is going on. They really need to brighten up the outside of this location it just looks a bit creepy and unwelcoming. Oh yeah, my food was good :)

How do you not honor your coupons?! You see ads all over about a 9.99 any topping pizza. Once you add all the toppings it came to 21.99!!! That’s over double! It would be acceptable if their food and service were actually good but they aren’t. They have terrible costumer service and their food it sub par. UPDATE: I truly believe they have stepped their game up. They now accept coupons and the last few times we ordered here everything was great.

I guess I’ve been lucky with this location as I haven’t had a bad experience with either delivery or carry out. The staff has been friendly and the delivery drivers have been as well. Points off for VERY sticky floor and the staff not welcoming you upon arrival. The pizza is of coarse very yummy. 3 out of 5

Bad service all the way around. Ordered online at 7:11pm, FINALLY was delivered at 8:45pm when it said it would be delivered by 7:55!!! Very disappointed, never again will I order from here!!!

I wish I could give this — stars. My order was supposed to be delivered at 5:33. At 6:00 I checked on it and was told it was never ordered. Then was told the ticket got lost. No one bothered to call me. I was then told that they were remaking it and it would be sent back out. An hour And a half later I called again and was told the same thing. Finally the pizza comes you would think they would give a discount but nope! Then the pizza is cold! I should have read the reviews on here before I ordered since they are all consistent. I will never ever eat at pizza hut again. But clearly they do not care! Not a good idea to order here!!!

Liars and thieves (didn’t see any gypsies).
Online ordering took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver. After they’d left, I noticed that the extra sauce I’d ordered wasn’t delivered, so I called them up, like, heeey, can I get my sauce? Shelby, the manager, said, oh, well, it was deleted from your order (LIAR, it was on the receipt that I signed), and you weren’t charged for it (THIEVES, I was charged for it, receipt matches what was charged to my credit card).
I was rather snarky, and made a comment about excessive delivery time since they were only 1.6 miles away. End of call.
Food — yeah, fine, but where’s my dang sauce? Grrrrrr.

I ordered a pizza at 3:23 and it arrived at 4:53. I called several times and the staff was very disconcerting. The manager was even reluctant to discount or give me the pizza for free. To top it off, the pizza was very dry and of course cold. Never again!

The service is always slow even if you have already ordered online and it’s sitting there waiting. Don’t expect to be greeted or addressed. Your presence is not important to any one of the workers. I have been here multiple times, so I feel like this is an accurate assessment. Only thing is acceptable is the food. Is it possible to get food WITH good customer service?

I am from the north where I think Pizza Hut is more popular, but this one was just terrible. Their new menu and new way to making pizzas are not good. We only ate their for lunch because my daughter had a free personal pan pizza. The service was okay, but I think there was only one elderly waitress working with maybe only one more making everything in the back. I won’t be returning…
