I decided to give pizza Hut a try after being papa John’d out. I attempted to order online; if it’s your first time they offer you complimentary cheese sticks, I thought how great! So I signed up for their emails, Yada Yada yah… you know how it goes. I create my pizza put it in the cart, no free cheese sticks. So before I place my order I call to the store. The professional young lady that answered didn’t know what I was talking about and asked me to hold on for the manager… fine. The manager gets on the horn, she’s pleasant, and I explain the dilemma. She tells me this is a privately owned store and they don’t honor what’s on the pizza Hut website. Disappointed and feeling misled I cancel my online order. A couple days later everyone wants pizza; the choice was pizza Hut unfortunately. I was still irked behind the last time but i reluctantly ordered to appease the masses. The $ 10 box will run you about $ 18 after they charge you for shit that is supposed to be free/included in the box, on top of delivery, and tax. I canceled that order and did the 2 mediums with up to 5 toppings which came to about $ 16 or $ 18. The manager called me 2 minutes after i placed my online order that they were out of hand tossed crust and she would have to give me pan or vicd versa, she was apologetic but nothing complimentary was offered due to them not being able to satisfy my original order smh the delivery was fast and the driver was professional and friendly. Giving 2 out of 5 stars because all though the pizza looked great, like straight off a commercial almost if it had more cheese, I wished the pizza tasted as great as it looked. I would’ve called to complain but it’s like what good would it do, do you really want to complain and perhaps gamble with your health? I don’t trust that especially over some lousy pizzas, I could see if I was at ruths chris and complained but pizza hut, naaaah you just burned me and I just won’t order here again. One of the 2 pizzas had cheese sprinkled so thin on it I’m surprised it didn’t evaporate during the delivery drive. How to solve this problem? I will just order papa johns in the future due to their consistency. For chain restaurants they really do have the best pizza, the best deals, and the best customer service hands down. One time they ran out of the ingredients that I wanted on my pizza, they called, asked what else I would like and gave me a complimentary small 3 topping pizza. That’s customer service that TOTALLY creates customer loyalty. Sure they may have lost $ 7 on giving me that small pizza but they made it back when I placed 3 more orders within that month averaging from $ 26-$ 37 when I couldve ordered with someone else. Pizza Hut I’m sure you may fare well, are quite profitable, and won’t miss my little $ 20 — $ 30. But if enough people who aren’t lazy, develope their taste palates, and get tired of being gouged for mediocre lackluster pizza you will start missing those little $ 20 -$ 30 in droves. It’s sad you charge market value for pizza that’s on the same level of little Cesars across the street smh

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am rating 1 star because of the automated ordering system We just ordered a pizza today that magically disappeared from the system when we went to pick it up. I very much dislike the new call center ordering.

friendly attentive staff(for carry-out orders), good value. i am not a pizza connoisseur — and you kind of know what you’re getting from a place like this from a culinary standpoint — but the food is hot, made correctly and ready when promised. If you’re seeking a food adventure, look elsewhere. They offer several ways to order(App, On-line, Telephone, In-Person) — and they can remember your several most recent orders.
