I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was delivered a cheese. When I called the store just to let them know the mishap, I was told I was incorrect by the store manager, Jeff. And when I continued to inform him that I have never in my life ordered a cheese pizza, he commenced laughing and telling me I was incorrect. I personally do not mind eating a cheese pizza and was not concerned with getting anything from it. As a business owner myself, I believe the business requires positive and negative feedback to better serve the customers. However, when I was laughed at and adamantly told I was wrong. When I asked for the manager, he told me he is the general manager. When I continued to request his managers name and number, he refused to give it to me and changed his tone dramatically. He then said he was trying to settle the issue. Time for that should have been upon first complaint instead of laughing and telling me how wrong I was. He continued to refuse to give me his supervisors name and number. I am currently looking into this and do not believe this is any way for a «general manager» to act towards a customer at any time for any reason. Professionalism should be a part of any business including food industry. Take pride in your product.

Your average papa johns– okay food, okay staff, okay delivery. It’s quick and cheap and there are always specials if you order online and look up codes. Nothing fancy or special, just a normal pizza chain

I mean, it’s pretty decent Pizza. Once I ordered online and then when I called them to put it on my card instead of cash, they told me that they had a special and gave me a two dollar discount. So A+ for service. The pizza is pretty good. Not the best pizza in the world but definitely not bad.

It is so frustrating to order delivery only to not have it delivered incorrectly multiple times! Today was the THIRD time I have had to drive back to the store because they forgot a sauce I special ordered. What is the point of having it delivered if you have to drive back to the store because they forgot something??? I will give them props for delivering way faster than most, but I also live right across the street. Still, not cool, and I will definitely think about other Pizza locations going forward… three times in a row is just too much! Get it right, just look at the receipt and you can keep your customers happy, simple as that.

Terrible, terrible service. I have pre-ordered from these guys lots of times and they are consistently late delivering by the scheduled delivery time, with little to no apologies. I’m done.
