McDonald’s

Quick jaunt into the drive through. Tried the sausage biscuit with gravy, much better than I expected with the right amount of pepper. Line went quickly at 10am on a weekday.

I don’t even know why I am taking the time to review this particular restaurant… except to say that the customer service I experienced today was dreadful.
I don’t usually eat at McDonalds– but needed a quick bite so I stopped by. Hoping to go through the drive through and hoping that it would be fast– NOPE.
Ordered my food, went to the window to pay, noticed that it took 10 minutes before I could get to the window, asked the young man if it would be longer, he IGNORED me, then the line moved 5 minutes later and when I finally got my food I told the manager about the young idiots attitude.
Bad bad bad customer service! It is a wonder that McDonalds is still around. I hear that many of their franchisees report that they are insolvent. Their menu’s are saturated with so much that they have no focus and they clearly have no focus on customer service at this location!

If they could get the drive through straightened out they would get 5 stars. So slow that I can park go in order go back to the car and it hasn’t moved. Now go inside and you get 5 star treatment.

This restaurant just tries to profit. It’s $.60 extra for a large fries AND drink but they are trying to pass it as $.45 per fries and drink upsize. Ultimately had to speak to a manager to get what’s advertised. They also try to say that you can’t upsize a special and try to charge you normal price for the whole meal.

All I care about is getting my order right and being fast. They got my order right, but they took forever going through the drive through.

It’s hard to imagine screwing up service at McDonalds but this one did. I waited in line for 10 – 15 minutes, ridiculous in a quick serve drive through restaurant.
There’s 2 cars ahead of me and no ones moving. Cashier has no idea what’s going on either.
RIDICULOUS!

I don’t usually review McDonald’s but this location is the absolute worst I’ve been to and I have kids so we go to McDonald’s a great deal. This place has prompted me to write a review. We went on Aug 10’13 at around noon. 1. The manager is unprofessional, unfriendly, surly. He needs to be retrained or get another job in another industry. He does not know what customer service is whatsoever. 2. The cashier forgot our apple juice for the happy meal. Thank goodness we didnt go thru drive thru. Accuracy is dismal. 3. The place is filthy. Tables and floor sticky I didn’t see their health and sanitation rat The bathrooms were dirty and smelly.
Like I said we go to a lot of McDonald’s all over the place. We dont expect fine dining especially with kids but we do expect a certain level of customer service. This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s. Absolute Failed in my opinion.

Horrible service! Drive thru is all they appear to know how to do. I made the mistake of taking my son there because he wanted to play in the shuttle. We waited for way too long and then they gave his food away while four others came and went before I finally had to say something to the idiots behind the counter. The best part is I was just wanting my fries. No apologies nothing said other than the look of this is the best I can do as this job is far too challenging for my low level of intellect. To top things off we went outside and the place smelled and for good reason. The trash was overflowing there was filth everywhere, to the point I only allowed my son to play for a few minuets. I will never go back to this place not even the drive thru.

I really never thought that I would ever put a review of Mickey D’s on here but they definitely did a great job at this location! I pulled up and there were 2 people in front of me at the Drive Thru. They moved along quickly as I pulled up to the speaker. The gentleman was very prompt and friendly with me. I pulled up, paid and then pulled up to the next window. The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly and gave me my drink and food, he also wished me a good day and asked me to come again. I don’t get this much at all (even tho I don’t go to Mickey D’s that much anymore). I was expecting my food to be cold (from past experiences) but my food was piping hot and delicious! Way to go Whitlock Mickey D’s!!!
